I received intermittent FMLA from this company and the process could not have gone smoother. From the minute I booked, the communication was immaculate. I have had night mares in the past when I had to get FMLA and this process was an absolute pleasure to go through for something that is usually painful. If you have all your ducks in a row, it is even smoother. I consulted in FL with Melissa Smithdeal ARNP and she was so compassionate during the consultation. Don't ever make your employer feel like you're doing something dirty by needing FMLA. It is our right to get it, if we need it. I had consult on Wed afternoon and within 24 hours later, I had my signed paperwork. Flawless organizational stewardship. I am a very happy customer and will use them over and over, again.

Dr. Sartin demonstrates deep insight into diagnosis and remains highly understanding. Their team responds promptly, even on weekends, and navigates benefit regulations with speed and precision. Strongly recommended.

One of the greatest benefits has been learning practical, long-term strategies for managing stress in a healthy way (without feeling overwhelmed or distressed). The tools and guidance I received have made a lasting difference in my daily life.

What attracted me to Dr. Sartin and his team and sets them apart is their foundation in Biblical truth and their commitment to pointing people toward hope and healing through Jesus Christ. The verse they highlight on their website, Matthew 11:28–30, beautifully reflects the care they provide: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Those words became especially meaningful during my journey, and I am grateful for a healthcare provider who integrates faith, compassion, and evidence-based care.

I also want to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Sartin and his team’s assistance during my FMLA and Short-Term Disability (STD) leave. They were instrumental throughout the process, responding promptly to both me and my insurance provider, completing necessary documentation, and helping navigate every step along the way. During a difficult season, their responsiveness and support removed a great deal of stress and uncertainty.

I truly consider Dr. Sartin a lifesaver. My heartfelt thanks go to him and his entire team for their care, encouragement, professionalism, and dedication. I'm a person that normally does not take time and completes reviews such as this one about companies and their services, "but for this company I have to say they are one of a kind!!!". I've been with this company for about 2 years now and I have to say I have not had a negative experience at all with them. Dr. Aaron Sartin and his wife Dr. Sally Sartin, all their medical staff, and all their assistants have been beyond helpful. Every company out there should follow this companies' guidelines since they are top notch. I can truly say for them: A +++++ !!!

DR S is amazing!! For once, I truly felt seen after being bounced around from different doctors. She was able to take my thoughts and articulate them in a way that made sense to how I was feeling and what I was going through. She answered all my questions and put together a treatment plan that allows me the time and space to hopefully heal. Everyone preaches about mental health, but no one actually takes the time to listen to your needs - except her. She’s an angel 👼

Also, the support team was super communicative and answered all my questions immediately - I’ll admit, I was probably driving them crazy because all of my previous history in the healthcare space.. but they never made me feel uncomfortable or less than and didn’t try to bounce me around. I’m forever grateful.

I needed a prescription refill, and Dr. Smithdeal was very kind and attentive, and I also had an appointment the same day that I called. I am very impressed with her, and HealthSource Medical Associates. In fact, I am going to make another appointment for next month. Thanks so much for helping me!

Dr. Sartin was nothing less than God sent for me and my family in our time of crisis. True care and compassion without a financial burden. There is an honest flat rate which is really unheard of but they are the real deal. HIGHLY recommend.
