Professional, Comfortable, Reliable... Fully Recommend!
I was looking to book a round trip ride between Long Island and CT for my mother for the following day. I called several companies and checked the common apps. The person I spoke to on the phone at HRM Limo for a quote and texted with afterwards was awesome. Their quote was competitive with the bonus of them being a professional company. They also accepted our request to not take the ferry. The reservation was set up without issue. The driver arrived early at my mother's place in a luxury SUV and was professional and polite. My mother loved the trip, she was very comfortable and felt safe. The return trip later that day was just as smooth. For the return trip, my mother was ready sooner than the scheduled ride time, so we texted HRM Limo and they had the driver arrive earlier. My mother even arranged a future ride with the driver! Payment was super easy upon completion of both trips. Would definitely recommend and use HRM Limo again! Thank you!
