The website claims to have laboratory tests and presents itself as one of the only vendors in the Czech Republic with verified products. However, when I asked customer support for the lab report, I received what appeared to be an old document that raised serious concerns about its authenticity. It did not give me confidence that the products had been properly tested.

My experience with the product was extremely negative. The vape tasted very synthetic and chemical from the first puff, and it caused a strong burning sensation in my throat and lungs. This was nothing like my previous experiences with cannabinoid products.

Shortly after using it, I experienced severe adverse effects. My heart started racing, my blood pressure became dangerously high, I couldn’t sleep for two days, my hands were sweating excessively, and I genuinely felt like I needed emergency medical attention. I was healthy before this experience, so this was extremely alarming.

I also found the customer support extremely disappointing. When I started asking questions about the product, requested more information, and tried to resolve my concerns, I stopped receiving meaningful responses. Instead of addressing my questions, I was eventually banned from their Discord server, making it impossible to continue the conversation. In my opinion, this is not how a legitimate business should treat customers with genuine concerns.

Overall, my experience was extremely negative. Between the concerning documentation, the severe reaction I experienced, and the way my concerns were handled, I have completely lost trust in this store. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from them to do their own research, ask for verifiable documentation, and think twice before placing an order.

This flavor is extremely harsh on the throat. It causes severe throat irritation, a strong, persistent cough, and makes inhaling very unpleasant. I've never had this problem with the other cartridges from this company. I do not recommend this product.

I have purchased a product from them on 20th May. Paid with money transfer through bank account. I have chatted with them several times for the past 3 weeks. At first they said they will resend the order. 2nd time they wanted me to send a copy ogmf the money transfer. They would send the order again. Today I got a different answer. According to them payment hasn't been received. So I've wasted 70 eur. Now they don't even respond anymore. So this is just a typical scam business.

I wrote to the support in the note that they did not receive anything, I sent them a message from revolution and I am ignored, the support does not write anything. Muy mal servicio. Hice un pedido y a pesar de hacer el pago no lo estaban preparando, cuando contacté con ellos y demostré el pago empezaron y empezaron más problemas. En lugar de ver la dirección de envío que puse por motivos que no me han explicado lo mandaron a un punto de recogida en Eslovaquia! Traté de contactar con ellos durante días para saber por qué estaba en un punto de recogida en un país que ni era el mío y no han sabido responderme. Al final he pedido la devolución porque no me parece normal estos errores continuados y ahora me toca esperar a ver si me devuelven el dinero o tengo que contactar con ellos de nuevo porque son un desastre.
