When they arrived, they initially said it would need a third person but they went above and beyond went to great lengths with all the hidden areas, staying until after 7.30pm to get everything done to the highest possible standard. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the cleaning.
I had to re clean the areas that were cleaned by your operatives, the windows all have smears in them and had many sticky areas in the kitchen that remained after they had cleaned!
This was supposed to be a deep clean especially as I had just moved into the house and particularly the oven which was very dirty but when they finished, I had to clean it myself again.
Not impressed with the quality of the cleaning but the guys were friendly and respectful.
I think they could put more care and effort into the cleaning and perhaps use better quality cleaning products too.

Terrible. Didn’t clean half the things we paid for, which led to us being charged a lot by our landlord. They offered a £25 refund on a £450 clean. Do not use this

Scammers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
After a terrible booking process, I paid for a full end of tenancy clean with a balcony clean on top. Turned up 2 hours late, and left the place absolutely filthy - didn't even hoover or mop. The balcony was untouched. They also left the hob on! When I contacted them less than 24 hours later, they claimed that somebody must have come into the flat and made it messy again... ridiculous. I sent lots of photo evidence and they still refused to take any liability. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with the service.
However, we feel it is important to clarify several inaccuracies in this review. Our records show that the team arrived approximately 40 minutes later than scheduled, not 2 hours. You were contacted and kept informed, as the team had initially been directed to the wrong address.
Upon arrival, the property had working lighting in only one room. We advised you at the time that achieving a full deep clean under such conditions would be extremely difficult, as adequate lighting is a basic requirement for any professional cleaning service. Despite this, you instructed us to proceed with the clean, which we did.
The team had to carry out much of the work using the torchlights on their mobile phones. Due to the poor lighting conditions, certain areas, including the balcony, could not be safely or effectively cleaned. You were informed of this on the day of the service.
We also reviewed the photographs taken immediately after the clean. These photographs do not show any appliances left switched on. As the property was photographed in very low-light conditions, it is difficult to verify claims regarding the property's condition after our departure.
When you first contacted us following the clean, the issues raised related to a small number of missed cupboards and some cobwebs. In accordance with our re-clean guarantee, we offered to return and rectify any areas that may have been missed. Unfortunately, this offer was declined, and instead a full refund was demanded.
As stated in our terms and conditions, the service is not refundable once completed. Where concerns are raised, we provide the opportunity to re-clean any missed areas, which we were willing and ready to do.
We always strive to deliver the highest standard of service possible, but it is not reasonable to expect a perfect deep clean when the property lacks sufficient lighting and the cleaning team is forced to work using mobile phone torches. We remain disappointed that our offer to return and resolve the concerns was not accepted.

End of tendency cleaning disappointment
I would not recommend this end of tenancy cleaning service. Areas were left uncleaned, and when I raised the issue, the company blamed it on not having equipment to reach the high ceilings. However, the cleaners had brought their own ladder, and cupboards at the exact same height were cleaned without any issue, so the explanation did not make sense.
I then had to arrange additional cleaning myself before the inspection. The company refused to help rearrange the clean and also refused to provide even a partial refund despite the incomplete work.
Overall, very disappointing service and poor customer support during an already stressful moving process

We take all legitimate complaints very seriously, and where issues are raised within our 7-day service guarantee period, they are fully investigated and rectified accordingly. However, in this case, we did not receive any email, phone call, WhatsApp message, or checkout report from you advising us of any issues or requesting a re-clean.
With regards to the areas mentioned, our teams do clean all reasonably accessible areas. If there are any height or access limitations beyond safe working reach, this would normally be discussed on the day. We are therefore unable to properly investigate the points raised as no opportunity was given for us to review or resolve them.
We are always more than willing to assist clients where concerns are raised directly with us, and we regret that this matter was not brought to our attention at the time.
