It is a fraud , scam company , never buy from this specially never prepaid its a scam going on , first u order then no updates , no customer support , no anything , this is redraven store both are same please dont buy from these platforms specially prepaid .

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a jersey over a month ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. Customer service is a complete joke—they replied at first, then completely stopped responding and ignored every follow-up. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your money here. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

Fake. I placed the order when i was in India for vacation and i never received it i trying texting them on WhatsApp didn’t help. I tried emailing them no reply. I trying messaging them on insta they blocked me. Do not order i lost my 1300 on this website i feel even some reviews about this websites are fake.

The quality is great.

I have ordered two soccer jersey(paid and confirmed) . It's more than two weeks they have not processed the order and tracking id is yet to be generated.
Have asked for the problem to customer care, but did not get any response.
Fed up I have requested for refund. But the support staff failed to attend any of my request. Its like they are robbing in broad open manner

Ngl not gonna like the jersey was super fantastic and cool im loving it , ir was player version jersey . These guys are scammers. I have ordered 2 times from them and both time i got scammed. I have ordered pack of 2 jerseys and got only one and the next time i ordered a full training kit and this time also i only recieved the pant. I issued my complaint in the next hour only but still no action has been taken from them. THIS IS A SCAMMER SITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

These guys have the worst customer service they don't respond half the time, I bought a jersey for 1.3k and they sent a damaged one I give it for return and they are giving no updates for the refund or exchange. Please don't buy from them they are scammers and they don't return money.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a jersey in **size L**, but the seller sent **size S**, which is completely wrong. I contacted customer support multiple times asking for a refund or replacement, but there has been **no response at all**. This is very poor customer service and unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved soon with a proper refund or replacement, I will have to escalate the complaint. Buyers should be careful before ordering from this seller.
