Run from them because they cannot be trusted. They have so many hidden charges and their customer support service is very poor. Thankfully, Switching to #Crop# Mines# has changed everything for the best. They don't delay and they steadily payout in time.

I haven't been able to acces the app since 2 weeks now . it shows origin dns error,error 1016 .Please. help us fix that as soon as possible.

I used this funded account for 3month it is the worst funded firm that I seen don't use or buy this firms funded account it have more issues which they didn't give opportunity to take trade their server have more issues this account will work for 3days in a week they have more server issue which is crutial to trade don't use this account the server will disable for a days.

I am working on this prop firm last 3 month I face many issues during this time at least i received Funded.but 3rd time relaunch of this firm they run away. James not good man he waste my time 😡😡😡😡 don't trust on this firm totally useless

I had a 10K 3-step account, and I successfully passed Step 1 and Step 2 without any issues. In Step 3, I also achieved the required profit target, which should have qualified me for passing the challenge.
However, my account was suddenly marked as breached, with the reason given as a “daily drawdown violation.”
The problem is:
My loss on 23-04-2026 was around -$241, which is within the $250 daily loss limit.
If there was any violation, the account should have been stopped or restricted on the same day — not after I completed the profit target.
There is no clear explanation of how exactly the rule was breached.
I contacted support and Discord, but instead of a proper explanation, my ticket was closed without resolving the issue. This feels very unprofessional and unfair.
I also raised this concern publicly, but I still haven’t received a transparent or satisfactory answer.
This experience raises serious concerns about rule clarity and fairness. If traders are following the rules and achieving targets, accounts should not be breached without clear justification.
I hope the team reviews my case properly and provides a detailed explanation.

To be honest as a christian, I like this propfirm! I was attracted by their giveaway and it's great. They had recently some issues but the facts there are still available and assist more than thousand traders is remarkable ! Without talking about the CEO who still active and present when things going crazy !
From technical point, I didn't experience very high slippage during the trades till now contrary to others.
