Good at keeping in touch.
I bought 36 umbrellas from this site for my team. They did contact to say it was delayed, then after a week they were delayed again. So overall was eelayed around two weeks. However they were very good at keeping me updated and I fully understand that 36 umbrellas at once is a lot, and I was not in a rush for them due to yet another heatwave. The quality of the umbrellas is good and my team all love them. So despite the delay im still giving them five stars.
