The most satisfying meal-prep options I’ve tried. Real Asian meal cooking, not cheap shortcuts or generic sauces trying to imitate Asian flavours. They clearly know which ingredients and techniques create genuine depth of flavour.

Even the low-carb options are properly satisfying. There are lots of vegetables, more than I’ve found in other meal-prep services. Ideal for anyone who cares about overall health and nutrition, not just macros.

I lost 0.4 kg easily, despite barely having time to exercise.

Really yummy meals, good protein and takes the stress and time out of meal prep. Loving the variety of meals as well!

This is a waste of money for me
I paid for 10 meals I only got 8. For me the meals are way too bland (I’m not even exaggerating)
As an African I really love Asian food that why I didn’t hesitate to order from them (having watched their videos on instagram)
Unfortunately this will be my first and last order.

I have been using Eat Ping for over 3 months now. I was using Simmer Meals before but found myself gravitating towards to the asian dishes more, of which, there was not a wide variety.

DIscovered Eat Ping, took a chance and glad I did. Tasty food with good macros. Am using their meals (with protein shakes) as part of a Marathon training block and it is going well. Am well fueled!

Keep up the good work and service (deliveries are always on time).

Eat Ping is good value for money I think and is a lot more tastier then a lot of other meal prep services. I have had no issues with portion sizes or quality of meals, they are absolutely delicious. However I do think they need to invest more in there packaging, although I appreciate the paper based containers they come in, this does mean they are a lot more prone to damage/opening in transit. I have had quite a few meals turn up to me already opened due to weak connections from the plastic to the container and also have had the inner coating come away with the plastic when opening.

The food tastes okay and it’s my favourite cuisine so I really wanted to like this one.

However, we’ve ordered for 3 weeks now hoping it would be better but it hasn’t. The meals are always swimming in oil. I don’t understand how it’s hitting the calorie count when we have drain the excess oil.

The meals also seem to be expiring earlier than the expiry date states. When the boxes arrive you can see that the packets are already bloating up. We’ve had to throw away a few meals early as they they tasted really sour and off by mid week.

The food and the service is awesome. A defo must try is you’re into East Asian cuisine!

Their pause button didn't work so I was sent the meals regardless, which resulted in pretty much wasting a lot of food. I understand it's a small company but they should fix their IT, it's only £90 but still, I don't like to waste money or food.

Best asian prep meal I ever had! Delivery fast, food taste delusions! All meals fits my diet plan! Highly recommend to every asian food lover or who want to use this instead of the boring prep meal.

I’ve been using Eat Ping for a few weeks and am really impressed. What attracted me initially was the promise of authentic flavours, and the meals really deliver — they’re tasty, well-seasoned and the macros are excellent.

I was initially surprised by the portion sizes, but they’re actually really satisfying. I feel genuinely full after meals, and it’s helped me get much better at understanding appropriate portions. I also love having a different option at meal times rather than eating the same meals on repeat for several days.

Delivery is excellent — everything arrives well packaged and properly insulated — and customer service has been great too. Most importantly, it’s taken away the guesswork and effort of meal preparation, which has made life much easier.

My only suggestions would be a broader menu rotation, and a little more veg in the meals would be great. But overall, I’m really enjoying the service and would definitely recommend it!

I am in my second week of Eat Ping and the meals are mostly very nice. I don't like dairy so I like the number of options available for my preferences. Overall, I'll keep ordering for now until the subscription offers end and then will move onto try something new, as I think price wise it wont represent good enough value for money to continue at full price. Delivery is also expensive when you add everything up.

With that being said, I must re-iterate that the meals are good quality, strength portions are a decent size (yet controlled - but could do with more vegetables in them) however my decision to stop after the discounts end is purely based on value for money vs what I can cook myself with minimal effort for a fraction of the price.

Overall, if you don't mind paying for the convenience, this is the best meal service I have tried based purely on quality and taste, comparing Simmer Eats (the worst by far - I felt scammed), FuelHub (Very expensive for what you get, although nice) and PrepKitchen (Not enough dairy free options, food is just..ok)

First week of experience with Eat Ping. For so long it's very tasty! One of advantage is more option of not spicy food, if compared with other companies who's doing similar stuff.

I was very surprised about the quality of the food, it tastes way better than previous meal preps I’ve tried from other companies. The customer service is also great, will definitely order again :)

Being super busy at work means not having the time to cook meals that are actually nutritious AND low calorie and aren’t boring or repetitive. I’ve tried meal box services where you get the ingredients and then cook that but even that sometimes just didn’t fit into the schedule. So I figured, let me try eatping and thank god I did!
The food tastes SO good, it’s perfectly portioned, you choose from 3 options to suit your calorie and macro needs & it literally takes 2.5min in the microwave to prepare.
All the mental energy of thinking about what to eat & what groceries to buy is no longer needed & the physical energy + time to cook is also freed up.
Everything gets delivered on time and is very well packed.
I couldn’t be happier!

I'm currently trying out all of the Simmer Eats/Frive type food services I can find to compare and find the right ones for me. Eat Ping is the 3rd I've tried so far but the quality is definitely number 1!

Full price they are roughly the same price as Simmer & Prep (they also charge the same delivery as Simmer).
But the quality, taste and care that Nick is delivering with Eat Ping is better, all the way down to the packaging for delivery.

The food is so flavoursome and fresh that when I first tried it, I was genuinely shocked it came out of a microwave, even the rice tastes fresh and still has a nice chew to it somehow!?

As an Asian food lover it's incredible, get the taste of takeout with the macros of healthy food.

And to top it all off, Nick actually gets in touch for feedback, showing he actually cares about the service he's delivering!

The food is delicious, the portion sizes for ‘Strong’ option are great! My favourite meal prep service!

I’ve really enjoyed the meals from Eat Ping. The food is rich, full of flavour, and genuinely better than some of the competitors I’ve tried. The quality has been consistently good, and the portions are satisfying.

I recently discovered Eatping and I have to say, they are by far the tastiest meal prep company I’ve come across in London. Every dish tastes exactly like a high-quality Asian takeaway, with rich flavours and perfectly balanced seasoning. The meals are fresh, comforting, and feel like a real treat while still being convenient and healthy.

I’ve tried a few different meal prep companies before, but none come close to the taste and authenticity of Eatping. Their attention to detail really shows, and I look forward to every delivery. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who wants restaurant-quality meals at home without any hassle.

As a heavy gym user working a 9-5 this will make your life A LOT easier without compensating taste.
