Love the watch, I was dubious at first however took the plunge and bought the nautiko and I think it’s great!
The strap could be better and that is the only criticism that I have, the clasp is weak or ill fitting and may benefit from a butterfly clasp. But will not stop me wearing it.
Delivery was at the longer end of that stipulated but was within the timeframe set so all I can add is that it was worth the wait.

Really pleased with the watch. I I was a little dubious to risk £250, but the quality of both watch and strap are high, not like the cheap Chinese imports.
Completely my fault, but I wished I'd asked for it to be fully waterproof, not just water resistant. 🤷‍♂️

I have been collecting watches for a for a few years now and have always been intrigued by seiko watch mods. After a lot of research I decided to go with DHWatchMods and I could not be happier with my decision. When my watch arrived I was so happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the watch. The quality outweighs some of my collection that I have payed a lot more money for as well which shows the value for money that DHWatchMods gives you. I will definitely be purchasing a lot more watches for my collection and look forward to seeing what else DHwatchMods brings in the future for everyone!

Beautiful watch but disappointed. I followed the instruction to add in the notes that I didn’t want the logo seiko added to the face of the watch, this is an option and gives the clear wording to add to the notes of which I followed. However when I received the watch it had the logo, now this would mean returning the watch and waiting for the correct one. As it was a birthday gift I was keen to receive it as soon as possible.

Received a rootbeer and was amazed by the quality. Wasn’t sure at first because of the price but I decided to order it and it turned out to be great value for money.

The trading standards of dhwatchmods is based on a policy that is neither fair nor accurate in my opinion. Which is a shame, because the watches look good. Mixed reviews on TrustPilot but the majority of people are pleased with their purchases.

However, this review wouldn’t even be here if they didn’t take 3 days to respond to emails because they are so busy taking orders and assembling watches that take 2 weeks to build yet you can’t cancel an order within an hour of placing it without a massive fight. Considering the reality of life, fair trading and good customer service, the reality is that mistakes can be made, orders placed in error and considering their own 7 to 12 days assembly time statement, one would assume an order made for a watch by mistake could be cancelled within a small window of time - let’s say 1 hour or even 1 day. Seeing as they are so busy and your watch takes 2 weeks to put together you would think that would be reasonable. Apparently not, even though they state on their website that if the assembly of your order hasn’t started, you can still make changes to your order. You just can’t cancel it. IMHO the non-cancellation policy should be the very first thing you see on their website.

Very bad decision to give money for what I receifed

I ordered my watch and it arrived within 2 weeks, as described, in a very nice presentation box and the watch itself looked immaculate and very good quality.

Upon opening the watch, the crown came away from the watch leaving me unable to set the time or date.

I notified DHWatchMods straight away, and they responded quickly and let me know they would repair the watch, no problem. They sent me a QR code to use at the Post Office to send the watch off at no cost. All I had to do was package it up and send it.

I received the watch back 3 days after sending it and all is now in perfect working order.

Would and have recommended DHWatchMods. Had it not been for the issue, review would be 5*. However, they resolved my issue quickly and hassle free when it did arise which is appreciated.

I ordered Seikonaut, great communication prior, during and after sale. The watch is beautiful, and works perfect as nh35a should. Received it little over a week from the purchase. Nice texture and brushing of the casing. Bracelet nice but cannot confirm if 904L.

I ordered a watch via the Aqua configurator and from submitting the order to the watch arriving was 8 business days which is a good turn around. Very happy with the watch so far, strap was easy to alter and the quality of the whole watch is very good. I’ll definitely order another one in the future.

The variation in upgrades to models of watches is amazing and after customising what i wanted the finished product was excellent. I definitely shall be ordering more watches from them in future. Great products at great prices.

Great company who supply watches to order fulfilling your wishes for a see through back or solid steel. Not many companies do this at this price point. I was very impressed when my DHWATCHMODS arrived so much that I sent my best friend who likes watches also a picture of my watch and details of the website. He promptly ordered a watch straight away to be built to his own specifications. Since he ordered it he was very pleased that I had passed the information to him. I collect watches included Rolex and Tudor. My wife and I have several and lots of other top makes. She was old very impressed as she likes to wear a quality watch when we are out for a meal. I highly recommend this company as they are genuinely a quality watch supplier and I will be buying more for myself and family in the future Terry from Scarborough

Excellent quality watch with transparency from before purchase to manage expectations. Purchased for my son’s 16th birthday and he’s really pleased with the watch

Watch did not match description.

I immediately reported the issue and was asked to send photos of the watch. I did so and was told “specification is the same as selected at the time of purchase”. They refused to do anything.

I claimed my rights under section 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, (goods must conform to their description, including photographs). I requested a full refund or replacement within 7 days. There was no reply.

I reported the breach to my credit card provider (not easy or simple). Only following that step, and under threat of a chargeback, did DHW admit their error.
