misleading information on return policy
I tried the pillow for few nights I did not find it comfortable at all. As in the FAQs at the question “What if I'm not satisfied?”
the website states:
“We back Derila Ergo with a 60-night trial period. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact our support team for an easy return and a full refund. We believe in our product and want you to experience the difference risk-free” I then asked to return the item. The return policy is however completely contradicting the FAQs and it states that used items are not refundable.
Clearly this misleading marketing strategy should be changed as it is totally unethical to tell people they can have a 60night trial but then they are not allowed to return the pillow they trialled. How can a totally unused pillow be tested? I would seriously doubt of a company like this that needs to use this type of strategy to attract more costumers.
