Dreadful experience. Did not receive item. Terrible communication. Chased proof of delivery. They are not based in uk and couldn’t provide tracking. Spent £40. Do not trust

Do not buy from this company if you’re in a hurry! Despite its name and web address, it most certainly is not UK based and delivery takes weeks (from Hungary).
The tag itself is great! I paid for a jump ring to go with it, the one sent was far too small and therefore unusable. So a mixed experience! Great tag but a misleading company, a long wait and a small waste of money for the jump ring.

I tried to publish this review on their website but I suspect they only accept 5 star reviews, as it wasn’t accepted and they show 167 5 star reviews only.. I can see here I’m not the only one who’s had a negative experience. The (likely correct) cynic in me says this is just another deliberate attempt to mislead.

It took over a week from shipping to arriving, and it seems it was coming from Hungary which is misleading as it looks very much like a UK company. But the customer services was quick to reply when I emailed, and when it arrived I was very pleased with it.

I, like others on here, wish I’d read reviews first. Took an age to arrive and did so without a ring and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Very thin, uneven paw print pattern on one side annd engraving on the other blurred. This isn’t going near my puppy. I’d return it, but the cost of return to Switzerland to then be ignored and receive no refund like others seems a waste of my time. Hope my review can help others to not waste their time and money.

Honestly, one of the best I've bought tags from in a while. While the price is a light high for just dog tags, the customisation and quality are matched. Very friendly, easy to use interface when ordering and customising your own tag. Delivery was pretty standard from what you expect but most the time you get it within a week of placing the order in my experience.

Very easy to clean and engraving is very clear.

If I had to nit pick on something is that the heart shaped engraving, doesn't allow for too many lines but this is down to preference of yourself, no fault to the manufacturer.

Overall I highly recommend these for your pets!

Good quality dog tag. Nicely made and easy to order on website. I did email the company as I thought it was taking a long time to be delivered. They responded to my email quickly and the tag was delivered about an hour after sending the email. Overall happy with the quality and service. Recommend this seller.

Ordered on the 24th of march. It’s now the 27th of may and I’ve had no delivery even on their second attempt. Absolute joke of a company. I can’t even get a response through email about getting my money refunded. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

They are amazing they not only sent my package in a couple of days they also made sure I got my dog tag and made sure it was in perfect condition

Avoid this company. Delivery quoted as 5-7 days. When not arrived, I was told to wait 3.5 weeks before they would action. I repeatedly asked for a refund which they did not provide. I had to buy a dog tag elsewhere. It turned up at 3 weeks. Don't waste your money.

Dog tags were of great quality, shiny and deep clear writing. There was a slight delay but company responded to my email straightaway assuring me it was on its way, I didn’t realise company was in Switzerland! I Would highly recommend!

Very poor frankly
THEIR website had a wobble, wouldn’t allow me to select the option I wanted. This was my fourth order, so I know how it works and that is worked previously. Emailed them within 3 mins of ordering, to tell them about THEIR issue. Apologetic, but refused to own THEIR problem and rectify the issue. Basically they don’t value loyal customers…

EDIT after reading my 100% true review above they then tried to coerce me into removing it! Saying they would then send a replacement, conditional upon that removal being done first. Outrageous conduct frankly. Avoid this company I suggest.

Lovely dog tags. Great quality. Each tag came in a velvety pouch which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Quality product. Have bought 4 as both dogs have grown from pups. Would not hesitate to order again.

The tag was lovely stainless steel, neat, nicely engraved it was a present and my cousin is delighted with it.

Only removed 1 star due to shipping time, I had not realised that the product ships internationally so did take a couple of weeks to arrive. When it did though it was well packaged and in perfect condition.

The dog tag itself is really good, just what I expected. However I got very nervous as my tag did not arrive for a month. They did respond to my message asking where it was but not sure if it's because I raised an issue with my bank. They also replied a second time stating there were shipment delays. Overall I'm happy with the tag but I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known it would take so long.

Not a UK company- despite the clever name. Over 2 weeks and my tags haven’t arrived, with zero response to my emails.
