I worked with Julius and he understood my issue and walked me through step by step how to resolve it. We are in the midst of a matching grant campaign and our grantor needs to have the names in amount of those who contributed. I thought I had it figured out, but when I tried to export it, it was wonky. Julius walked me through the process by dumping the info in Google Sheets and Ta Daaa! All good! I do appreciate this platform and the people! Thank you!

I signed up under the free section and setup all my pages etc then my payout card was notified as fraudulent activity and my bank changed my card…which was the payout card. I strongly suspect Givebutter had something to do with the fraudulent charges btw..then I tried to change the payout card to a new debit card and Givebutter would only allow the change if if I did face recognition and an Id card ..this company is so fishy I decided not to and canceled everything. They have no option for people not wanting to use face recognition software.

Jeanie was a delight and very helpful in helping figure out what my next steps need to be. Unfortunately there is not a solution yet to the question I'm facing, but a workaround will have to do for now.

I love that I can get help and answers to my questions so quickly at any time through the chat with a real person (although the AI is better than most as well). If the answer to my question is "no" I am always directed to create or vote for a new feature request. The changelog is helpfully transparent so I can see what features are being requested, planned and completed.

We use the free version of Givebutter and it's been an amazing gift to our small nonprofit museum! The customer service is better than the paid platform I used at a previous job -- excellent AI bot response with a direct connection to a polite, helpful human if needed. We have all the major bells and whistles needed to track gifts and build our Capital Campaign including an awesome email service in Engage. Great product!

Julius was very helpful and professional. He offered alot of information for what i needed for my project. He did a great job and asked if there was anything else he could help with and he was just a click away if I needed more help.

When I first signed up with Givebutter I couldn't believe how amazing they were to work with and just how fast and easy it was to convert over to their system and begin bringing in donations. Now that I've been using it for almost a year - I truly cannot say enough good things about Givebutter! If you are with a small yet mighty nonprofit like I am - it is a game changer. Every time I have had a question - minor to complicated - I'm able to resolve quickly and completely using either the online chat (it's a real person) or by calling (wait time of seconds)...and if they are not able to resolve immediately and need to look into a question further, they stay in contact via the chat providing updates on the wait so you don't feel like you've been sent into a customer service black hole of uncertainty. That level of high-quality customer service is rare these days and in my opinion, Givebutter is currently setting the standard.

Givebutter is a great tool with excellent support

I created a campaign for my son's special needs school and they suspended my account because they said it was an individual account even though the fundraiser was for his special needs school. I will never suggest them to ANY charity. I had to recreate new flyers.

Easy to use, quick response

I ordered a few card readers and realized they never showed up even 2 weeks later. I contacted customer support and received delivery details that didn't make sense. Customer service was extremely helpful in getting this resolved quickly including shipping out new card readers. I received the package in time for the big event I needed them for!

I was given all the time I needed to make my campaigns exactly as I needed them to be. Everyone was very patient and knowledgeable. Great support from Givebutter! Thank you!
