Devious consultive and aggressive ollections
Devious consultive that work for them conning charities - aggressive collections company which is their parent company on companys house.
There OWN staff that was sacked or left - stole their data (us as their client) took us to another broker known fully well this supplier would chase us - then rehired the same employee - complaint dismissed as not relevant. so leaving us with a 2k failed contract fee from this company.
The harassment from PWW group - who is the owner of Green Energy is just as bad - harassing volunteers for a small charity sometimes multiple times a day.
NOT CHARITY FRIENDLY- stay away from alll brokers- they have really shady characters that work for most of them

Ben and Cameron were very persistent in…
Ben and Cameron were very persistent in countering my disbelief at what they were saying, but in the end I was convinced thay they will save us a significant sums amount because we have been in the wrong structure. As well as being persuasive they are efficient clear communicators. Even during the holiday period handovers were seamless. I have not actually seen the final reductions discussed but I have every belief they will deliver.

How to make yourselves sound like scammers
Long winded telephone sales call mentioning some nonsense about network charges but, didn't say what he wanted. Can't comment if their energy brokerage is any good but, it was clear the person speaking to me would have said anything. I asked for the purpose of the call and continued to get nonsense - Hung Up and I advise you do the same
