Sample was lost in transit

I ordered the B12 test and added the folate and vitamin D. It was a cost of $129
I mailed the sample in the enclosed return envelope. It was mailed August 17th. Today, August 24, the representative said it was not received. I requested a refund because a replacement will not work. I started b12 injections AFTER mailing my results so to re-test will not be beneficial. I have gotten no response as to how this can be resolved.

We’re very sorry for the concern and inconvenience this has caused. Our support team has replied to your email and requested your order number so that we can locate the order and arrange the appropriate refund. You will, of course, not be charged for the analysis if it cannot be completed.

Occasionally, return shipments take longer than expected. When this happens, we can also investigate the shipment and contact the postal provider.

Please reply to our email with your order number, and we will help resolve this as quickly as possible.

Terrible experience, do not recommend

From ordering and not receiving a receipt or any tracking information, to trying to set up an account and not being able to, because my temporary password expired and I couldn’t make an account, to trying to return the unused test for a refund, has been nothing short of a miserable experience. They don’t have a phone number you can call, so you’re waiting for email responses that don’t even answer all your questions in one message. I cannot recommend anyone use this business for their health because they’re so incompetent who knows where your health data is going and who has access to it if they can’t even handle the ordering process.

Please be assured that difficulties creating or accessing an account do not mean that personal or health information has been exposed. Your account is personal and securely protected. An unused test is not connected to any health results because no sample has been analysed. You can also permanently delete your account and results at any time, although this cannot be reversed afterwards.

Returning an unused laboratory test for a refund should be simple, and we sincerely apologise that the process has not felt that way. You only need to send us the Test ID so we can deactivate it and process the refund; the physical kit does not need to be returned. There may have been a misunderstanding about whether you wanted to return an unused test for a refund or send a collected sample to us for analysis. If you were specifically asked to return the unused kit, we would be happy to investigate why. We’re very sorry if our replies did not clearly address what you needed.

Unfortunately, this review is not linked to an order number or email address, so we’re currently unable to identify your case. We have requested further information through Trustpilot, and you should receive an email asking for the details we need to assist you.

Incorrect tests results

Their rapid std tests shouldn’t be trusted. I received a false positive last year without knowing then a few months later I received an email from the company stating a recall had been placed on the same test I purchased. Basically I got unnecessary treatment for something I didn’t have. No refund was ever offered

Hi,

Please feel free to contact us by email and send us a clear photo of your test so we can take a closer look. Some of our rapid tests have what’s called a cut-off value, which means that a faint line is not considered a positive result but rather at the borderline. This is also stated on the interpretation card included with your test. In such cases, we recommend repeating the test.

It’s also important to remember that this is a screening test. A rapid test should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis — any positive result should always be confirmed with a laboratory test, which is also stated in the pamplet.

Without seeing your test, we unfortunately can’t know exactly what happened, but false positives can occur for several reasons, such as cross-reactions with other microorganisms, recent vaccinations, or reading the test after the recommended time.

If you email us with a photo of your test, we’ll be happy to help you further.

What I didn’t like is that I did not…

What I didn’t like is that I did not receive what I ordered, it was the carrier fault. I did like that customer service did reach out to me twice and they refunded my money back right away.

SCAM Alert

SCAM Alert. Bought this test nearly 3 months ago. Registered my test. Have been monitoring their website and waiting for results. Logged in today and my registered test has now disappeared. Where is my test and where are my test results? They have not responded to ANY of my emails over the past few weeks. I now believe this entire business is nothing but a SCAM. Go buy your tests somewhere else. I wish I had.

We never delete a test without reason. Tests are only removed if they are invalid, for example if the sample was too old, insufficient, or hemolytic. In these cases, we always send an email explaining and asking you to provide a new sample. Please kindly check your inbox as well as your junk/spam folder.

If you haven’t received any replies to your emails, that sounds very unusual – please double-check that you didn’t send them to a no-reply address. We have not been able to find any unanswered emails this old in our inbox or spam.

To help us resolve this for you, please update your review with your order number so that we can reach out to you via the email address linked to your order. You are also welcome to include an alternative email address if you prefer.

Trustpilot should also have sent you a request for more information – if you did not receive that either, it could be due to a spam filter in your inbox. Otherwise, you can manually update your review via their website with the requested details.

My test was supposed to been here…

My test was supposed to been here yesterday. Has been in NC for 4 days. I’d like to think this was a scam!

i wish i could give zero stars

i ordered an sti rapid test and tested positive for two different infections. i went to the doctor obviously freaking out because i had no symptoms and expected nothing, and tested negative for both. 0/5

Seems legit

I received my test kit and it didn't even take that long. I haven't used it yet. I don't need it at the moment because I was seen by an ER but it will come in handy the next time I want to checky own levels. If I was to need other types of testing I would definitely come here first to see if you have what I need.

Outstanding Customer Support

Christian in Customer Support was extremely helpful in resolving a challenge I had registering my tests. When our initial efforts did not resolve the issue, Christian said "Email me your info and I'll register the tests myself on this end so you can move forward." Can't ask for more than that. Greatful!!
