Everything was taken care of-flights, hotels, and car rental. We could do what we wanted, when we wanted once arrived. Quality and location of hotel was excellent.

Everything was responded fast the agent was very helpful

The booking associates were extremely helpful as there were issues with my 2nd traveler but they got it taken care of. The structure of the trip was perfect as we were not obligated to a specific tour group guideline and could do what we wanted. I would highly recommend.

Azores Getaways was very thorough with our vacation planning. Lezabeth Le was very responsive, she listened to what we were looking, answered all of our questions, tweaked our itinerary, and the booking was quick. She gave us a great follow-up email with suggestions for tours and restaurants. Looking forward to our trip!

We booked our trip over the phone, and Mr Soares was a great help and found different options that were not on the site calendar, It was very nice to speak with him.

I have booked with Azores Getaways and Portugal Getaways in the past and it's always been a pleasure. This time was so poorly handled that I'm not sure I'll use them again, I was considering Yes Getaways.

The airline charged my credit card directly, all payments should be through Azores Getaways as the travel agency

The agents can't do basic math to calculate seating & baggage charges, or update balance owing on account.

Seat selection took a lot longer than it should have. I went around in circles with them and ended up at the seats I had originally chosen.

Errors & omissions on the booking were always blamed on the airline or my confusion, lol. But they did finally go and get some help from the finance team!

Hopefully the trip in November will be as wonderful as my past ones have.
