They ignore you until PayPal makes them pay
Ordered a t shirt and it arrived noticeably more washed out than the listing photo. I emailed within the first day I received the product with side-by-side daylight photos, and they refused the return, saying color varies between production batches due to their garment-dyeing process.
Isn’t that admitting that the shirt doesn’t match the photo you bought from? I replied once asking again for a return address. They never responded.
PayPal reviewed my claim, contacted them, and refunded me in full two days later. The refund was never in question. Artsholic just wouldn’t give it to me without being forced.

Love the concept… poor execution
Love the idea of the shirts I purchased. A couple of them looked poorly edited when seeing them in person (Thunder Mnt. Disney shirt and Space Mnt. Disney Shirt) This is disappointing because the shirts will not be worn and your return policy isn’t worth it.

I ordered a t-shirt on 7/23/2026
It's 8/14/2026 I have been very patient, but I will call my bank and reverse the charges as fraud if there is no delivery by 8/23. Waiting a month for a package that is supposedly originating only 1 hour north of me [South Montebello,CA,90640,US to Dana Point, CA ] is objectively poor business.

New favorite shirts
It took a while to make it all the way here but I was very pleased with the shirt quality. Their kinda a thicker fabric so it won’t wear fast and the print quality is good doesn’t feel like it will come off in the wash. I love the designs I picked out. I will be coming back.
