If I could give American Integrity zero stars, I would.
After the May 12, 2026 hailstorm, my home developed active leaks and water intrusion. Despite visible damage to multiple sections of the roof, gutters, downspouts, screen enclosure, and interior ceilings, American Integrity denied the claim—blaming wear, maintenance issues, and unrelated leaks instead of the storm.

We then submitted more than 100 photographs, professional findings, weather documentation, and a detailed $58,732.71 repair estimate. American Integrity responded in less than one hour that its decision “remains unchanged,” without addressing any of the evidence individually.

Meanwhile, my family continues dealing with active leaks inside our home. After faithfully paying premiums, being treated this dismissively when we actually need coverage is absolutely unacceptable. Based on my experience, American Integrity appears far more interested in protecting its denial than protecting its policyholder.

I am now forced to escalate the claim formally and file a complaint with the State of Florida. I strongly recommend that homeowners think twice before trusting American Integrity to be there when disaster strikes.

We had a fire caused by lithium Ion Battery explosion! We have coverage A, B, C. SO far the claims process has been a nightmare of deceitful unethical practices, lack of communication, underestimates, leaving out estimates completely and unauthorized settlement checks to be disbursed! I am furious is an understatement as to how American Integrity Insurance Company has any good reviews at all! I have written a detailed counter offer and refusal of their first settlement. I have cc my Attorney. I will file formal complaints with The Florida office of Financial services and go back on the news with WPTV if this is not resolved. I hope I can change my review and this insurance company will do the right thing! We are completely devastated and traumatized by this fire that horrifically killed some of our special needs cats and their home, destroyed one entire building to ashes and damages to other buildings and the main house!

She went beyond my expectations, reviewing my policy and ensuring with confirmation that all my concerns were addressed. So happy and fortunate to have spoken with her.

I am on call for customer care for over 70 minutes. it is on waiting saying "all representatives are busy and will call back shortly" message for over 70 minutes. finally had to disconnect the call.

Retired U.S. Army Special Operations Disable Veteran, with All State and American Integrity Insurance. My home is 34yrs old now survived several hurricanes of late here in Tampa yet with some many problems all solved-thus far. Recently the drywall in our garage gave way and we obtain a Hugh hole- A.I.G, sent out Mr. Mike Ewers here in Tampa Fl. Mr. Ewers wasting no time coming to my home taking photo's instructing myself of the repairs. His paperwork was completed with several days; he sent the paperwork out and advised told me if you need anything else-- I want to thank Mr. Ewers he was very professional and straight up on what need to be completed- truly professional-on time and excellent service. EXCELLENT SURVICE- thanks you sir.

Hi this is Jason. I want to talk about American integrity Insurance. First of all I was with one year and then after that want to switch over to another insurance company State farm which is a way better carrier with my car insurance. What happened was my house homeowners insurance which is my house paid for the wrong place so I end up calling them up and left a message on the phone. Never got back to me so I called again there. Extremely hard to get a hold of you on the phone for about 45 minutes to an hour. Once I got on the phone I told him I want to cancel it. They told me. Oh no we can't do that. You have to do a email to cancel and they gave me the email address so it's been about half a year I did that never got back to me. No ladders or anything like that. 2026 was 2025 so about almost a year or so it took him to get back to me after I called them and they said they can't do anything until get the letter and cancel it and everything as I was waiting for the whole time never see no phone calls. Never got back to me once and then I finally called him today which is about 6 months from now. Paid him $701 my company did my insurance did and they only want to give me back $400. What a scam place. Do not do business whatsoever. They will scam you out of your money after you waited this long. Never return my phone calls and if you call them they said they still waiting. What a piss poor company and they probably write fake reviews. There's no way they have these gun reviews because nobody has done anything for it. And if you wanted to go to different provider which is a better one where you want to bundle your car insurance and and your homeowners insurance. It takes them this long to do something about it. So they still $300 of your money. Do not do business. It's a big scam so they don't have to pay you the full amount of money back. I'm Jason. I live over here South Carolina and this is the kind of company you don't want to deal with so they steal the money and how they want other documents to prove everything which I put their email and they don't want to give back your money. I have been a client of theirs for about 6 years and have worked with them in a professional capacity for almost 12 and this carrier is top notch. They really care about their policyholders and the Florida homeowners insurance market.
