Our memberships and renewal terms are clearly stated during the subscription process and in our terms and conditions. The automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to our content, and cancellation is possible within the defined notice period before the renewal date.
That said, we always encourage customers to contact our support team if there are any questions or uncertainties regarding their subscription. We are happy to review individual cases and help clarify the available options.

Varning
Varning - efter avslutad testperiod så övergår abonnemanget till ett dyrt årsabonnemang där det dras c:a 200:- per månad i ett års tid om du inte avslutar testperioden i tid. Jag missade säga upp perioden med en dag då jag insåg att jag glömt säga upp det i tid när jag fick bekräftelsemail på ett årsabonnemang. De vägrade ändå avboka detta efter att jag förklarat vad som hänt. Jag hade accepterat 1-3 månader, men ETT ÅR!! Jag har precis blivit fri från denna påtvingade tjänst (som dessutom är dålig.) och jag kommer fortsätta att varna alla jag känner även på sociala medier för detta ohederliga företag. Ni vinner ingenting på att råna folk som inte vill ha era dåliga tjänster.

At the time your contract began, a trial period was available, and it was stated that the membership would automatically convert into an annual subscription unless cancelled in time. We fully understand how frustrating it can be to miss the cancellation deadline, even by just one day, and we sincerely regret that this happened.
Please note that we no longer offer a trial month at all, precisely to avoid misunderstandings like this in the future.
Regarding your subscription: annual memberships cannot be partially cancelled once they have renewed, which is why our team was unable to adjust it afterwards. We understand your disappointment and are sorry that the service did not meet your expectations.

Drar pengar fast avslutat medlemskap!!
Jag hade problem redan förra året och sa därför upp mitt abonnemang som skulle avslutas den 20/9-2025. Ändå försökte de dra pengar för en vecka sen och då mejlade jag men har inte fått svår. Nu lyckades det tyvärr dra pengar ändå hela 2800kr och får ändå inget svar trots flera mejl. Vill ha pengarna tillbaks och vill inte ha något medlemskap hos er!

Började med en testperiod. Var inte riktigt nöjd med resultatet. Dessutom allldeles för dyrt. Abokade abonnemang, men de här försökt ta betalt ändå. Inte ett seriöst bolag.
