European… but check special signs
This "pot" was chosen for its European accessibility.
Some of our German contributors claimed that they could not open the page due to a special sign in the address, which I could not witness. Please check on your side just in case.
Else, all went smooth to recollect the funds.

Thank you for this opportunity to help others. The system was a little bit confusing (maybe due to the rush we had to create the fundraiser in), but the customer service was very fast to respond and reassure. In the end I also appreciated the security measures implemented - it was the best way to quickly organise help for someone in need.

This Platform Is a great idea
The platform works well. Supporters find the donation process straightforward. Withdrawals are immediate, and it feels natural to pay a commission to the platform. I’m very pleased because I’m raising funds towards my goal of donating sports equipment to the young people in my town.

The fundraisers generate nothing
The fundraisers generate nothing. I have one for already 38 days and it raised 0. I tried writing them 5 emails, and they did not respond to a single one of them (mind you, most of them are like 3 and a half weeks old) Overall a weird experience

Svar från 4fund.com
We're sorry to hear that your experience with 4fund.com has been disappointing.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a fundraiser doesn't receive the support you hoped for. While 4fund.com provides free fundraising tools, donations don't come automatically - reaching potential supporters and actively sharing your fundraiser are essential to its success.
We're also concerned to hear that you haven't received a response to your emails. We'd like to look into this, so please reach out to us through our contact form: https://4fund.com/contact and include your fundraiser link and details of your previous messages.
We'd be happy to help you make the most of your fundraiser and share some tips on how to reach more potential donors.
Best regards,
The 4fund.com Team
