Hello Champions Kit,

I placed order #12459 (Portugal 2026 World Cup Home Set with Shorts) on 4th June 2026 and have not received any tracking number or shipping update.

It has now been 8 days since my order was placed. This is unacceptable. I am requesting:

1. A tracking number immediately
2. Estimated delivery date
3. If not provided within 48 hours, I will be requesting a full refund and reporting this to Shopify and my bank.

Please respond urgently.
