I’ve been working in implantology for over 10 years and have used many different systems, so I truly have something to compare with. At some point, I chose IDL because it offers everything I need in my daily work: predictability, stability, and results.
The implants provide excellent primary stability even in less-than-ideal bone conditions. I especially like the aggressive thread design, it ensures strong fixation while still allowing full control during placement.
The connection is precise with no micro-movement, everything fits accurately. The prosthetic stage is also straightforward ,components adapt well and the workflow is smooth.
For me, IDL means confidence, placing an implant and knowing the result will be stable. No surprises. And that’s what matters most in everyday practice.
