I lost over 36,000 been told they would refund the money. It was a scam Ombudsman was on to it, but couldn't help. Be very careful pls

You can't get your money said

You can't get your money said someone will call not happened. Now said to go online start again with the withdrawal but I've not enter the right imfomation, think it's all excuse. Text ever day tried to call doesn't connect. It's so disrespectful of them promise they would sort it. Gone on now for months does anyone one know the tel num where they will answer
