So despite a previous trust pilot…

So despite a previous trust pilot review and an email confirming cancellation this company continue to take payments. I’ve given up on returning my items and thrown them in the bin as the sizing is ridiculous. Contacting my bank to take further action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Apologies for the issues here. I've taken a look and it seems a pending payment was still prepared whilst the cancellation had been processed. I've reprocessed the cancelation, ensuring this has gone through.

I've also refunded the additional payment, and refunded your previous purchase as an apology, we hope this makes up for the issues, our utmost apologies!

Just won’t give a refund

Really inaccurate sizing. I was fully supportive of the idea of such a lovely idea and the communication was brilliant to begin with until my order arrived. I could tell instantly the sizing was totally inaccurate and I couldn’t even do the bra up. I have sent loads of emails and they won’t respond or refund and continue to send me monthly subscriptions despite me sending cancellation requests. Would not recommend.


So I’ve submitted yet another cancellation request -not actioned did get an email response offering to size up. Not even if I went up to HH would it even fit just issue a refund and cancel my subscription

Please contact us directly at info@elia.boutique or message us on instagram and we'll fix these issues for you as a priority. We are always happy to replace items with no need for an exchange or return, free of charge, for our subscribers and this is absolutely something we would extend to you.

If you'd also like to cancel, you can do this through our website portal, but we'll be happy to arrange this for you directly if you contact us with your full name + order number.
