Took almost 2 years to recuperate a small amount from a Belgrade flight that didn't take off because of some drunk guy that refused to put on a (covid) mask. Police shut the whole flight down.
Not sure if I would use this service again. I spend a lot of time gathering all documents but the compensation only covered a part of the "lost flight" cost, there was no compensation for the costs we made on an "emergency stay" in a hotel, new flight, etc. albeit providing multiple receipts for these expenses.
