If a company cannot implement the most basic standard for secured internet traffic, why would I trust them with my goods and information?

Tried to get a hold of them several times for over 6 months regarding a warranty claim and kept getting ghosted. I would report the problem and it would show up s an open ticket. I would then get an automated reply stating that replies may take a while due to them being busy and after a week or two the ticket would hsve magically disappeared without a word for them.

I assume that they are just trying to run out time until the warranty expires or they are really incompetent.

If you have any choice whatsoever use another store that you can actually get a hold of regarding warranty claims.
