The repair took a week with two scheduled appointments cancelled - first no glass ! Then the glass was broken on delivery!! Then on the third scheduled appointment they came with the wrong glass !!! You couldn’t make it up. Fourth time lucky eh if you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with this bunch of amateurs. If I could have given them no stars I would have done. Absolutely rubbish.

My car rear windscreen was smashed by a street drunk/nutter on the evening of 29/12/25. Now at 2pm on 03/01/26 i have not been able get the windscreen replaced, my car sits insecure to crime in the street and the AA have not been able to help, nor get Autowindscreens to fulfill their responsibility - 2 cancelled fitting dates and their nominated repair garage, more than 10 miles from my home, despite requesting something closer, still hasnt contacted me 5 days after the problem was reported. If i could give them zero stars i would because thats all they deserve. This is the worst service i have ever experienced, across dozens of calls this week and lots of time on hold when not explaining, yet again, who i am and why i am calling. Avoid this company like the plague. They are absolutely rubbish

I reported a smashed rear windscreen on 29/12/25. The best auto windscreens could offer was a replacement on 01/01/26. On the morning they were due to fit the replacement the cancelled - they didnt have the right glass !! They couldnt get the glass or find a technician so i was re-booked for today, two ndays later. They have now contacted me to cancel once again. The glass when delivered to them was broken apparently. They are now talking about re-booking for monday. I'm not holding my breath and fully expect them to cacel again. I have never dealt with a less professional company. I have been forced to use them through their contract withh AA car insurance. |They are also pathetically amateurish and equally poor at service. Avoid both these companies. They are absolute rubbish. I would have given the zero stars had that been an option.

Great wine at great prices with excellent service. No reason whatsoever not to keep coming back.
