Professional services from a very good firm.

The store set out and atmosphere along with engaging staff made for a most pleasant visit. We had a leisurely perusal around the store and settled on our choice of sofas. They wasn’t any staff badgering us whist we viewed, which I like. Once we were ready to converse with a member of staff we caught the eye of a charming and very knowledgeable man called Chris.
Chris went through every combination the sofas came in plush the choice of colours and type of cushion fillings. He answered every question we had(whilst offering coffee too) and helped us to decide on our final choice, also we decided to buy a matching large stool too.
Chris then introduced us to a lovely young lady to go through the next part of the process ( I’m sorry to her as I’m not sure how her name is spelt, I think it was Antoine).
This young lady went through each and every step with amazing detail and again answered every question we had.
Unfortunately I gave her the wrong mobile number, contacted the help desk when we got home and hopefully things have been corrected. Needless to say the staff in store were brilliant and a great asset to the DFS family. Thank you all.

I’ve been a customer of E.on for several years now and I’ve never had a single day’s problem with the service from them.
They choice of tariffs for both gas and electricity are always competitive and I’ve found no reason to change to another provider.
