Jag beställde en trädgårdssax från er för två veckor sedan, men beställningen har fortfarande inte skickats. :(

I placed an order online 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything about it except for a confirmation email. I live in Sweden and I’ve never experienced this with any online purchase before, I’m not terrified what might happen if I have to make a return

I live in Sweden and the international delivery is super fast, you could see them packing up the plant in the middle of the night and send them out early morning to make sure they don't stay too long on the road, this is very impressive. The plant I bought arrived looking a bit unhealthy and the owner just sent me another one for free. All in all great service, thoughtful package and great variety of plants, will definitely shop again.

Delivery was fast and plants are well packed as usual, except one of the plant came in unhealthy and infected my other plants. That's a lesson learned, alwsys quarantine the plant you bought online
