This product is amazing and I’m a regular customer, the loyalty program is however difficult to apply when doing a purchase, I have done all my purchases from my phone which might be the issue but I’m not sure.

Besides that the product (prime) is amazing , the customer service is really good, fast delivery and the company really strives to explain all products and the science behind them.
