Placed order and wasn't shipped, turns out that one item was not in stock which is fine, it happens, but I wasn't contacted about it and they just held on to my money without shipping or any contact until I contacted them. Customer service practically non existent. I'm still waiting on shipping.

Would highly recommend it's a totally painless experience. I bought 32m of tiles, delivery was fast and credit really has to be given to whoever packed them, properly stacked with corner protection and wrapped, other tile suppliers should take note, this is how to do it, top class.

I have to say the best service I've had in ages, ordered logs, truthfully wasn't expecting delivery before Christmas, delivery was prompt and on the day they said, the quality of the logs are excellent, 10/10 and I will buy off them again, no comparison to some other companies I've bought from.

Fair price and fast shipping, what more can you do

Purchased two bikes shipped to Ireland, bikes perfect and very good value, packing was the best I have ever seen top class, delivery was slow but that was the couriers fault not theirs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be buying off them again. This is how a business should be run.
