The wine cooler appears great but not fully usable as the drip tray I purchased at the same time still hasn't been delivered.

Easy to claim, but would prefer an earlier repair visit.

Used them before with good experience. Now again on a new car and they are very freindly, efficient, with good well backed products. Well worth the bets!

I ordered a case of Rioja with a free decanter (Order Number: eo2186715370) and as I didn't want yet another decanter, I suggested another couple of bottles instead. Trying to be helpful, as a new customer. Heard nothing.
Case of 12 duly arrived. Stillheard nothing.
Lack of communication is NOT the way to win customers in a crowded market!!

I found Tidyalloys easy to deal at the beginning for four separate policies.
When tyres were damaged beyond repair, the simple claims process for this and for my wheel trims worked well and I would definitely recomend this company. Also pleasant not to have any excess to pay and these claims do not affect my next main car insurance premium.

I have nothing but great service from staff at A-Plan Sevenoaks. Their care (and patience) in explaining and answering detailed queries met all the standards that I needed for a house and contents policy.

After making a comparison with available competitors, I renewed quite happily with AVRO.

My claim was dealt with by straightforward service in a relaxed manner for this customer. I wish that their competitors did the same, but I still wouldn't go back to them!

Polite and efficient claims handling. The payment cheques arrived when they said they would.
The only improvement for many would be the direct bank transfer, not by cheque in 21st century!

No friction, only the delay that Premia take to assess and approve the simplest correctly supported claim. Added to another fortnight before the repairer can call and almost a whole month expires from date of claim.
Much too slow for nowadays. Maybe Premia need more claims staff?
