I placed my order on 4/7 and have never received it despite emails to customer services and 4 calls to the call centre who say they have passed on messages each time. No contact from the company at all since then. I am doubtful that my order will turn up or that I will be refunded my payment. I would not recommend this company at all.

Very easy to arrange the blood sample locally and the report analysing the results came after only a few days. Clear explanations. I had a question which was answered shortly afterwards. A good service.

The Auk mini works very well. I am really happy to have a fresh supply of herbs. Simple to use and elegant to have in the kitchen

Terrible delivery time. The website indicated a delivery time of 5-7 days but I waited almost 4 weeks for the item to arrive by which time it was too late to use it for the intended purpose. Customer service never replied to two emails I sent. I would not recommend this website and will not use it again.
