I would give zero stars if I could. Within weeks of receiving my pans (and I bought quite a few) they started to chip. Greenpan sent a replacement for one (which had arrived chipped) but when I sent proof of the rest they said they would send replacements. I said I didn’t want replacements because they would chip within weeks. Greenpan has stopped responding to me.

Following Greenpan's terrible response below (about this being 'normal wear and tear'), I only used wooden utensils, they claim that these have a lifetime warranty, and these started to chip almost immediately on use. Not only is the product terrible but so is the customer service. I spent several hundred pounds with them!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before placing an order from the UK. Promises 2-5 days delivery but it’s been 13 days and still no sign of the order. When I emailed I got a ‘no reply’ response which included the suggestion to email the ‘no reply’ email! Not at all happy.

I bought a set of great pans from GreenPan. Within weeks of receiving them, the coating started to chip. They are all now very badly chipped on the rim and inside the pan. I contacted GreenPan, they said this was 'normal' (???) and that they couldn't do anything about it. Eventually they offered me a replacement, but I'd already had one replaced that was chipped in transit and I don't want to be eating pan coating with my food. They have refused a refund.

Thank you for your quick response but I already declined replacements since, if you read above, you’ll see I’ve already had one and the same chipping occurred almost immediately on use. I would like a refund. I don’t want more pans that will chip rubbish into my food while I’m cooking

Very unhappy with recent order of cans of Coastal Spritz and Margarita. Last time I ordered Coastal Spritz the cans were the size of a regular Coke can (not sure how many ml). Now they're TINY, but no reduction in price (possibly even an increase). Total rip-off.

I’m rewriting this as was given a refund after I wrote my complaint here, which was compensation for the poor service. I probably wouldn’t use them again but am happy with the quick response to my complaint and the refund, which was processed very quickly.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: would give no stars if I could. I was charged twenty quid for the operator to ask me to Google and YouTube fixes for the problem, then tell me my printer should be scrapped, and tried to sell me a new one. I later turned it off and on again and it is fixed.

SCAM - do not purchase anything from this company. I paid for a £1.99 report and then got charged over £20 for a subscription I did not take out. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
