Went into Croydon store about 10 weeks ago, all staff very helpful and didn't 'pounce' on you the second you walked in the door. Ordering was simple, and the website kept up upto date with the progress of our order. Day before delivery we were given a 3 hour time slot, and we were given a call an hour before the delivery arrived in the morning. The 2 delivery drivers were very friendly, polite & efficient, and explained everything we needed to know. Very happy with our new sofa & overall experience, wouldn't hesitate to reccomend to my family/friends! Thanks sofaworks!
