I would have shook my head in disbelief if someone had said to me two years ago or even 18 months when my husband had suddenly and totally unexpectedly died that I would be calmly sitting discussing/arranging my funeral with people who I felt totally at ease with, on first name terms in a comfortable and caring environment. After a very positive (!) experience when arranging my husband's funeral when everything was made so smooth and easy I had already made several recommendations to others including that my bill was about a third of what others had paid even though everything both my husband and my family had requested was provided and more. So when I had made it through the different stages of mourning I had decided that when I felt up to it I would call into the branch and enquire about putting my wishes in place. Soon after I was contacted by email with details of a small discount being offered to co-op members when arranging a prepaid plan. It reminded me about going into the branch and making enquiries. This I did and returned three days later for an appointment with the relevant staff member. He was thorough but caring and answered my multiple queries. I came away with a professional paid plan in place that if I want to I can amend before my death. I cannot recommend this branch and staff too highly. Both for my husband's funeral and then this additional service which will make the process for me/ my family even smoother.

I love having the opportunity occasionally to take part in these questionnaires that help to improve services for everyone. The initial communication and confirmation was prompt and clear and except that I made an error in incorrectly reading an instruction It went well and I look forward to having another opportunity in the near future. The payment is very welcome and arrives promptly with a choice of how it is received.

I enjoyed this study and the hour just flew by. It was good to see something that hold be available for us all to use soon. My only small query with the study content were the similarity of the two sample addresses used. Because they were not addresses familiar to me I confused them and probably gave a more negative result than in a real life scenario when the difference between the two addresses would be completely obvious and my difficulty with the second part would not have happened. Overall I was really glad to have taken part and the payment is a bonus!! The communication and detail regarding the timings and involvement were excellent .

Good ongoing info about progress. unbelievably easy access to the locker especially when I think back to the frustrations I have had in the past.

Easy to contact. Helpful friendly staff. Only waited about 45 minutes and had two phone calls and several messages checking on me. Darryl the driver with the retrieval vehicle was friendly and efficient. He was also amazing with his maneuvering of the truck.

I have been a patient for 51 years and have always been extremely satisfied with practically every aspect of both the reception service/ staff and the dental staff. The premises are spotless and welcoming and my only concerns as I continue with them is that ( due to conservation restrictions) I am finding it difficult to use the stairs to reach the toilet. However judicial planning of my meal times has paid off but I am not sure how much longer I will be able to manage the stairs. But something that is appreciated is their constantly updating of equipment. An example of this is the abandoning of taking impressions of my teeth using the traditional method of quick setting material in a jaw shaped container. Not something I enjoyed but it was over quite quickly and produced the required mold from which the lab could fashion whatever was needed to complete my treatment. This time I was bowled over to spend a few moments having every angle of my jaw/teeth scanned to their PC with a portable hand held scanner. Amazingly the result was a full colour image of the inside of my mouth which can be moved and viewed from every angle. Not the prettiest sight!! But definitely the most impressive, accurate and useful image without the gagging and distasteful mouthful I was expecting to experience! The staff are more like friends and I would have no hesitation in happily recommending Silverwell Dentists.

Great space saving product. Better even than capsules. Well packaged and and arrived on time. Seems to wash as well as the only other brand product available in our local shops whivh are often oos of the non bio packs anyway and is more environmentally friendly than powder.

It took me longer to walk to and from the car, parked just yards away than to do the collection and finalise it on screen. Amazingly fast and easy!! I had received 3 notifications about progress with the delivery clearly dated. The shorts were as expected, well packaged and in great condition. One of my best online buying experiences!

The sample packs are a great idea and give me the opportunity to try and decide which size fits best. They are excellent and absorb far more than my current equivalents. They were delivered in a flat but sturdy brown cardboard box wrapped inside in lining paper like a gift set!
