The RIPE NCC has secured a room block at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia for attendees.
Due to the limited number of rooms available, it is important to book your room as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee availability at the hotel.
Important: Please be aware of potential room booking scams. These scammers may claim to be official partners of the event or to be associated with the RIPE NCC. The only way to guarantee accommodation is to use the official booking link provided below.
Hotel Booking: The deadline to book accommodation at the preferred rates has now passed. Please contact the hotel reservations team at reservations@ghms.bg to enquire about the best available rates. When contacting the hotel, please mention that you will be attending the RIPE 93 Meeting.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, we will only issue a refund for your meeting ticket if notified via a written cancellation notice no later than ten (10) days before the first day of the meeting.
The RIPE NCC shall charge the Onsite Attendee an administrative fee of EUR 25, including VAT. This administrative fee shall be deducted from the price of the Ticket before the refund to the Onsite Attendee.
If you cannot attend and have not notified us on time, we will not be able to issue a refund and you will be charged in full. If you need to cancel your ticket, please email meeting@ripe.net.

Parking
Indoor self-parking and valet services are available on Parking Levels -3 and -2. Guests who book their stay directly through the official accommodation link can enjoy complementary parking during their stay.
