O Tiago Santiago é já um membro core da Decskill, com mais de uma década de percurso connosco e uma experiência profissional que vai ainda mais longe. Ao longo da sua carreira, tem-se dedicado à construção e gestão de organizações de produto em diferentes contextos B2B e B2C, com foco na liderança de equipas e de ecossistemas de produto complexos. Um dos momentos de destaque desta jornada foi a conquista do Decskill Star Award, um reconhecimento que celebra o impacto e o contributo de quem faz parte da nossa história. E porque um bom percurso profissional também se faz de histórias fora do trabalho… há um fun fact que não podíamos deixar de partilhar: todos os anos, o Tiago troca Portugal pela Indonésia durante alguns meses, sempre em busca das melhores ondas. 🌊🏄♂️ - Tiago Santiago is a core member of Decskill, with more than a decade at the company and a professional career that goes back even further. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to building and managing product organisations across B2B and B2C contexts, with a focus on team leadership and complex product ecosystems. One of the highlights of his journey at Decskill was receiving the Decskill Star Award, which recognises the impact and contribution of those who help shape our story. And because a great professional journey is also made up of stories beyond work, here's a fun fact we couldn't leave out: every year, Tiago swaps Portugal for Indonesia for a few months, chasing some of the best waves around. 🌊🏄♂️
