Goede hulp bij het niet geleverde bestelling gelijk teugels in handen genomen om transportbedrijf op te bellen en wat ze ook ko den doen om het te regelen helaas door de inzet van zodiaco linshop is het toch niet gelukt ondanks de inzet van zodiaconlineshop waar het duidelijk niet aan.ligt maar aan mentaliteit van GLS .

Il me reste de la colle mais plus de…
J'ai commande 250 ml de colle et vous m'avez livré 15 ml de durcisseur.
Apres avoir réalisé ma réparation j'ai utilisé la moitié de ma colle et utilisé tout le durcisseur en respectant le dosage recommandé.
Il me reste environ la moitié de ma colle mais j'ai consommé le durcisseur.
Est il possible de commander uniquement un flacon de durcisseur pour utiliser le reste de ma colle?

Merci pour ces précisions.
Selon le dosage recommandé, 15 ml de durcisseur correspondent à 250 ml de colle. Afin que vous puissiez également utiliser le reste de votre colle, nous vous enverrons un flacon supplémentaire de 15 ml de durcisseur.
Pour la quantité de colle restante, vous n’aurez besoin que d’environ la moitié de ce flacon.

Bedankt voor je review. Jammer om te lezen dat de communicatie rondom de verzending niet naar wens was.
Je bestelling is op 24 juni verwerkt en verzonden en op 25 juni afgeleverd bij een pakketautomaat. Volgens onze gegevens heeft GLS hierover ook een verzendbericht gestuurd.
Mocht daarin iets niet goed zijn gegaan, dan horen we graag wat er ontbrak. We nemen dit dan graag mee in onze eigen communicatie of bespreken het met GLS.

I am absolutely delighted with Zodiac Online Shop and can recommend them without hesitation. I purchased a new tube for my RIB there, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish.
Before ordering from this shop, I had tried to buy the tube from several dealers in Germany, but everywhere I was only told to expect long waiting times. In some cases, they were not even willing or able to give me a delivery date. Zodiac Online Shop was completely different: they were able to source the tube immediately, and the shipping was exceptionally fast.
I would especially like to highlight the very friendly and professional contact with Marlou and Robin. Since I needed some time to make my purchase decision, I had several questions beforehand. All of them were answered immediately, very quickly, and in a friendly and competent manner. At all times, I felt well advised and taken seriously as a customer.
Fast delivery, outstanding service, very pleasant communication, and an overall excellent experience. For me, this is a clear top rating. Many thanks to Marlou, Robin, and the Zodiac Online Shop!
