I don't like the fact you don't know what state they're from. I'll be deactivating my account, and don't want any further contact.

I signed up and had several messages from "users" almost instantly. The credit system is expensive and creates interruption in conversations. Profiles are far too polished to present as actual people.

I am going to write this as an honest experience as there is some good to this site but A LOT of bad.
Let me preface this with, I definitely better guys to talk to on here, better personalities (however the creeps were here too) but thats where the good times end.
If you find someone you really want to talk to and spend a lot of time with, you start spending your credits really quick and how much you pay this site goes up fast. You can easily rack up a $500 in under 2 days.
The site using credits was not a huge deal but the amount charged per chat message and email was horrible and thats lightly putting it.
Let me break it down. It costs 2 credits per chat message, 5 credits if you send a sticker, an initial 10 for the first email message (after that every message is 30 credits), within the email if there are photos, first is free but after that its 10 credits PER PHOTO. if the guy sends you a video or dedicated post, it costs you 50 credits to open it each time. You see where all this nickel and diming is happening? I am not touching on the other options offered on this site because they are significantly overpriced and SHOULD NEVER BE USED.
Ok so lets say you find the right guy and you are like, "yeah I want his contact info" the process is fine. the cost? Ohhh boy, I calculated that total cost to get my current man's info was $1,250 << yes that's US Dollars which is the equivalent of 5,000 credits and they only give you the person's email. I'm sorry. That should be email and phone number for that payment and the person should have the option to decide that without having to pay more.
I spent far beyond that and honestly this site should refund my $1250 spent (IN CASH) at minimum for the headaches it created and really for all the price gouging they do.
The help desk, they try, they really do but this site is so poorly built that they were set up to fail. They take days to resolve issues and its clear they, and I mean 2-3 days to respond, dont even bother with the personal manager either. Most unhelpful.
Here is my suggestion of changes that the site needs to make before anyone should use it again let alone before I would ever recommend it.
1. Subscription service only, credits should only exist for big extras. Subscription should include emails and chatting as part of it + 250-500 credits per month for the extras. Costs for buying credits should be reduced by 75% to be reasonable.
2. Minimum to receive information should be reduced to 2,500 credits or specific number of messages that need to be sent.
3. People should be able to have the option to decide what personal information should be provided as part of the process and that its accessible through a secured section of the site not via email.
4. Cost of additional credits needs to be reduced by 50% minimum.
5. Reduce the number of constant pop ups of people checking out your profile. No one cares to see that especially when it blocks out writing areas. Only pop ups that should ever appear is if you get a message and it should be no more than 3 seconds.

Its clear this company did not do their homework in how to manage this.

Very expensive to just chat to people in the app. As for the letters and photos, they burn your coins faster than speed of light. Very disappointed

Every woman that's contacted me has been from another country even though their profile says USA. For women that admittedly don't speak a lot of English, their profiles are remarkably concise. Yet when they send you a message you can tell they're English is not all that good. They also have a tendency to ask a lot of odd questions which to Americans really don't make a lot of sense. Example,"If we were in a room together, would you turn out the light?"🤨🤔
