This is a stunning watch but had various issues since I got it.
Start was the sleep app thanks to chat gpt figured that out had to wear opposite wrist and turn off battery saving on my phone and restart both watch and phone before bed.
First of all company replied saying looking into replacement.
4 months later steps not working or go to just work for the first 10 mins of the day.
Ive tried many many times to contact the company and just ignored.
Even though says under warrenty its not the case.
Very upsetting as such a lovely watch and had many compliments.

Do not buy avoid, avoid, avoid!!
Watch would not charge or turn on after 3 months customer service horrendous claim to have guarantee but no chance of getting anywhere with these absolute scammers!!

I bought my watch in Jauuary 2026 and it stopped charging in May. I contacted them and sent a video as requested. They said it had a fault and would look into it. They will not reply to any of my emails now. Stay away from this company, they are not to be trusted.

So far so good. Only thing is there is no gps on the watch so you've to bring your phone to get accurate distance. Otherwise I love it. Very light weight and pretty

Love my new watch and will be buying another at a later date, love the look of it & the fact that it’s easy to use

I purchased the Arista Mini which arrived 3 days ago. The manual is printed in such small print that I cannot read it (and it becomes fuzzy if I try to magnify it). I have worked out how it works and that seems pretty good. However the battery last less than 24 hours not 7 days as stated. I have tried to contact Customer Services but have received no reply as yet. With such short battery life the watch is not fit for purpose. I also cannot find any way of leaving a review on their site although they seemingly have many 5 star reviews…

Empty package delivered. Asked for refund and still waiting.
Customer service is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I initially liked this smartwatch because of its slim design and good battery life. However, exactly one year later, it has become completely useless. The battery now barely holds a charge for a single day.For a watch that is supposed to track daily activity and sleep, having to charge it every few hours defeats the entire purpose. It is incredibly frustrating that the hardware degrades so quickly right after the one-year mark. I expected much better durability and cannot recommend this product.

Watch would not collaborate with my phone. Requested a return address immediately from Violeva
Advised me that I could not return the watch despite their vety own website stating i had 14 days and no reason had to be provided all withing the timescale
Also after researching the same model I found one for £40 exact same watch. Just a con! Customer services Totally ignored me to the point I have had to involve my bank to get a refund.
I would strongly advise anyone. Do not order from Violeva!!!

I placed an order for a watch and upon realizing the tracking number wasn’t working, I emailed customer service. All they told me was that they’d work on it and let me know. 6 weeks later and I can’t get an answer back from them. I’ve requested a refund with no response. Do not use the company!

I have enjoyed my watch. It's slimmer to wear to bed to track my sleeping pattern.
I would suggest maybe having a more rugged screen protecter made for the watch. The one I ordered seems quite thin.

Other than my communication with the company concerning my delivery, I absolutely love my watch! It is so light, and I hardly know it is on.

The watch is everything it was promoted to be. It's very stylish, all of the functions paired easily with my phone, and it was easy to set up.
However, I didn't get the extra watch band.

DO NOT ORDER! Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Absolute scam of a company. Watch plays music out loud that you can’t turn off, it does not alert notifications as advertised and the screen lags. The worst part is their customer service. Over a month it’s taken them to attend to my concern about a return and refund. They don’t care, they are not helpful. Took my money and have no intention of refunding it despite proof of fault. Disgrace.

I love the lookk of the watch but it stopped working afer 3 weeks. The alarm only works half the time, the timer does not work at all. I use these 2 functions a lot.
They advertise that if not satisfied they will give a full refund.
I have e mailed them 4 times now with no response what so ever. BAD customer service how are you still in business

I love the classic delicate design that still offers amazing features. It's very fashionable and unique. Simply love it!♥️

After I received my watch, was obsessed with it but it unfortunately after about 3 weeks it just stopped working, thinking I may have broken it myself I ordered another watch and after 6 weeks, the screen went all fuzzy and wouldn’t turn on anymore, I contacted customer service and sent videos of trying to turn on the phone and trying to charge it. All o got was a few emails saying the same thing that they would look into it and come back which they never did!! Do Not Buy!!

My watch lasted for 10 months & decided to stop.
I contacted Violeva as it was still under guarantee.
This was 2 months ago, I have sent them a video showing them the faults, I have tried resetting to no avail.
All I would like is a replacement if not a full refund.
Do not purchase from this company, it has appalling customer service.
Would not recommend this company at all
