Overall Very Happy
Substantial offer made for my items which I honestly didn't think would be worth much. Dropped one star only because response time was slow and communicatiom could have been better (we hadn't heard anything from them for some time so contacted them ourselves). Just some constructive criticism, overall very happy with the service and the outcome. Would recommend.

Efficient service
Everything was dealt with extremely efficiently and communication is excellent & clear.
Be mindful that valuations are per box rather than item. If you are not inclined to research individual values this is a good option. However they would not be a business if they were not aware that they can resell at a higher price & I accepted that.
I would advise this a good option if you have a selection of items in the mid to lower value category. Individual higher value items are worth investigating yourself.

Fill a box and they call you with a valuation, just don't think you're going to get a good offer, I sent in 4 x cameras, 7 x watches some were new, 3 x binoculars and some silver, 3 x zippo lighters, wish I'd put them in the bin. Vintage are a con, stay clear of them.

Disappointed that they didn’t have a…
Disappointed that they didn’t have a buyer for my ps note pad.
But the customer service is excellent and they are quick to deliver/ return unwanted goods.

I sent in some silver and a couple of watches .. retail value around £3500.
I got.a.telephone offer of £245..
I quiered this as I thought some error had been made.. i was.told that they do not enter in to comms re their final offer.
Really , less than 10% of retail !!!
