I loved the way the hat fitted.
I brought three hats and I was pretty happy. I believe I received these hats about a week ago.
The embroidery machine needs some improvement or attention.
The embroidered stars had four stars look connected with one white thread. Another hat star looked like it lost it's way as it continued to embroidered on that one star. It made it look like a circle.
Back on the first hat there was a navy thread coming out of red stripe about 1/2 inch from the top border going diagonal down to outside of second white embroidered stripe edge.
I know all the stars can't be perfect, so maybe that's why your machines might need maintenance or slow down the speed to get more quality.
I haven't clipped the threads off yet, so maybe it won't come unravel. I think it will hopefully be alright.

Finding a US made flag is difficult enough, but finding a US made Betsy Ross flag (13 stars) is almost impossible. USA flag company has them! Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. This is the second time I ordered from you, and it won't be the last.
My only complaint is that I bought the same flag last year and had to replace it now (15 months later) because it faded. I guess that's reasonable since the flag is up 24/7 in hot Virgina sun. I sprayed the new one with UV protectant, so we'll see if that makes a difference. Other than that, the quality is very good and it stood up well to wind, rain and snow.

The ordering process was very easy, and the flags were delivered in a timely manner. Nice flags with strong dowels.

The flag is well made and colors are true. Detail on the state flag is accurate. Delivery was also quick.

Hate to say it but you didn't do anything that any business should do!!! You did everything you needed to do in a timely easy fashion. You did things like they were done in the old days back when people cared and tried to give the customer satisfaction. From the moment I placed my order until delivery there were no snags, excuses or shoddy service. Was also nice not to have to get my merchandise from Asia!!!!!! Just keep doing what you're doing!!!!

Quality flag, reasonable price, fast delivery

Fast shipping and competitive prices. I ordered a large quantity of sleeved flags to replace worn street flags for our community. Two big boxes arrived on different days but worked out fine because we were still working on replacing on the poles. Thanks!

Delivery service was great! I haven't put it out yet as I don't know why there are 2 clips on the bottom. Which one are we supposed to use? I'm really excited to try it out. I have a neighbor who has 5 of these flying on his road and they're never tangled up.

Old flag was damaged by the high winds and time. Several flag companies were on my facebook so a decision had to be made. I selected USA flag based on their advertisement. When the product arrived, I was happy to see the quality stitching and the weight of the fabric and the quality build. After I installed the flag, I sat back and admired the brilliance of the colors in the morning sunlight.

This was a repeat order. The flags are high quality and survive the wind at my hilltop house as well or better than any others I have tried. Price is competitive and delivery was quick.

It came very fast and it's a great looking flag. I was very impressed.
