We’re sorry to hear the order has remained pending for so long.
Once you create an order, it’s sent to the relevant execution venue and filled at the best available price. However, execution time depends on market conditions and the instrument’s liquidity, so less liquid stocks can take longer to sell.
For example, some LSE AIM instruments may trade via the SETSqx service, where execution occurs only during scheduled auctions. If liquidity is limited, an order can remain pending for several days.

Só gostava que a gestão de pies fosse mais detalhada, gostava de poder vender ações dentro do meu pie de forma individual com capacidade de ver o gráfico individual de cada ação.

We’re glad to hear Trading 212 has become part of your day-to-day routine for both investing and spending, and that you find the app practical and easy to use.
Regarding Pie management, it’s now possible to sell a single instrument directly from a Pie without exporting it first. Just open the Holdings tab, select the instrument and tap Sell. The order is placed as a market order, the proceeds remain in Pie Cash, and the Pie’s target weight stays unchanged.
We also appreciate your suggestion to make it easier to access the individual chart for each holding within the Pie experience, and we’ll keep this in mind as we continue working on improvements.

Tenho enormes dificudades com stop loss e take profit, na vossa plataforma já perdi dinheiro, vocês tem isso complicado com combinações de coisas fazer para executar aquilo qur decejo corretamente. Existe algum tutorial explicativo de essas operações.

Subscrição obrigatória para receber cashback…
O aspeto negativo e o único que me faz dar 3 estrelas em vez de 5, é o facto de bem depois de eu ter aderido ao cashback vocês terem obrigado a fazermos uma subscrição para podermos continuar a receber o cashback dos pagamentos feitos com o cartão. Isto deixa-me muito insatisfeita porque quando aderi, foi sem condições e depois mudam as regras

As with all our promotions, the terms and eligibility requirements for cashback may change. If this happens, we’ll always notify our clients in advance so they can consider their options. We don’t force clients to participate in a specific promotion or use a specific feature.
While specific services are listed as examples in the app, any recurring monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly subscription with your 212 Card counts and enables you to earn cashback at the 1.5% rate. This includes subscriptions that are processed through the App Store, and all such payments are automatically detected and visible in the 'Subscriptions' section within the Card tab.
