I absolutely love the smell of Tallow Ash and the packaging is so lovely simple and easier to store with it not being a curved bottle. I shall definitely be buying their products again as I love them.

Love love loveeeee tallow and ash. Date night especially 😍 really good customer service too - they let me know there was an issue with my regular subscription and offered a free upgrade/swap instead. Very quick and easy :)

The customer service from Tallow & Ash is fantastic. Emails responded to very quickly and efficiently. The products are great and delivery was prompt, in fact, earlier than expected and the products were extremely well packaged. T&A are a fantastic company and I am glad to have discovered them. 5☆ all the way.

My stain pen had leaked by time I came to use it and even though it was over 6 months since receiving, upon receipt of photos they quickly sent out a new replacement. No questions and full of apologies. After sales service exceptional 😉

I can not rave about this company enough! Products are so fantastic, the smell is divine and the fact it is great for sensitive skin is even better. I have a subscription and I wouldn't honestly use anything else now for our clothes. I have a couple of favourites but my ultimate go to is "Date night" the fabric sprays are insanely good too as is the stain pen.
Recently been in contact with customer service I er a query I had and they were friendly, helpful and very responsive.
Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Tallow & Ash for years and I would never use any other brand now. The products make washing an absolute delight with fragrances that lasts and bottles that look nice and saves space. Customer service is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible scents and love the brand but I have had the worst contact dermatitis since using it. Took me ages to work out the source! If you have sensitive/eczema prone skin, they use strong perfumes and scents (of course they do!) so don't be like me and not make the link 😅

Brilliant product and super helpful and friendly customer service team. Can’t ask for more. When they stop using Evri for delivery I’ll be even happier. Poor delivery, not their fault, is my only gripe.

The customer service at Tallow & Ash is second to none. I experienced missing deliveries, due to Evri, with little to no support from the courier. I contacted Tallow & Ash and they investigated their end - contacting their Evri account manager to located a delivery that had apparently been delivered (but not to me, or local area). Demme at Tallow & Ash was in regular contact with me, updating me on progress. In addition, as a gesture of good will l, they resent my missing order. It’s frustrating when a third party lets you down, and often as a customer we are left to sort out delivery issues on our own. When you hit a wall there is no support from the seller - not at Tallow & Ash! Not only do their products smell and work fantastically, but their customer service is excellent.

Washing feels soft after washing but all the reviews stating their homes smell so much etc are all false, can’t even smell the fragrance after washing let alone the whole house smelling of it

On regular subscription. Absolutely love it! Tried all the scents but I always stick to Duvet, so fresh. All skin dryness is gone (I’m guessing as there aren’t any chemicals in it) Fabric spray is amazing for sofa refresh or on curtains, or even dogs beds (i spray them and leave it outside to air between washes), I also just like to spray on carpet once hoovered and steamed.
Customer service is impeccable, nothing is ever too much to ask.

I do like the products BUT I set up a subscription. Really easy to set up. However, I want to cancel it. And you cant do this on line. They make it difficult to do and you have to email them. Simply unacceptable to make customers jump through hoops to cancel.
