Very easy designing my own ring with their step by step instructions. Loved the choices they offer and their diamonds are excellent. It did not take long to design and mail back to me. The only thing negative I can say is that I wish they had a process where you can put in your order number and they can tell you what process your ring is in. But other than that everything was great and very beautiful when it came in.

Our team has informed you of a delay in production as soon as it became apparent that we weren't going to make the originally estimated shipping date. While production delays are rare, they are also, unfortunately, nearly impossible to predict ahead of time. Since the moment it was clear that the order would ship out late, our internal teams have been working tirelessly to try and limit the delay as much as possible.
Eventually, your order shipped out 3 days behind the original schedule, and we're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience that may have resulted from the delay.
Regarding the ring box - I appreciate your feedback.
Our ring boxes are designed with clean, classic lines, which we hope reflects our aesthetical language, as well as with deep thought of our jewelry's security during its shipping.
So far we have received a great deal of compliments for our packaging, and we feel that the practicality of it speaks for itself. Still - we would love to hear more from you on which aspects of the ring box\package you felt underwhelmed by, and any thoughts you may have on how it could be improved.
We always aim to elevate the level of service that we offer, and we feel that our customers' feedback is key in this regard.

Great help, slow shipping
The company did a great job helping me pick a diamond. I was unsure which direction to go and made a consulatation appointment which helped a lot. I would've given 5 stars but my order was very delayed and I wasn't notified of any progress. Estimated time was 2-3 weeks to shipping and I reached out after a month to get an update. At that time they expedited the process and I recieved my ring within a few days.

Our default production times may be updated once in a while, but they have been set at 3-4 weeks (for gold rings) for quite some time now. That said, once our team realized that you may have been misinformed about the timeline, we did our best to expedite matters and ship out as soon as we can.

I had a great experience with Keyzar and my custom-made ring. I’m very thankful for all their help and support during the whole process.
Their customer service was amazing. They always answered my questions quickly and were very helpful. I also needed to resize my ring, and they made the whole process very easy. I was especially happy that I got my ring back in less than two weeks.
The ring itself is absolutely beautiful. I wear it every day and I still love looking at it. The quality is great, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out.
I would definitely recommend Keyzar to anyone looking for a beautiful ring and great customer service!
