Lovely shawl - very soft.
I initially ordered 3 test squares to ensure I got the right colour. Free delivery for three. I got an idea of the quality also and was not disappointed when the shawl itself arrived. Easy ordering, good delivery time and an excellent product. I would recommend ordering from here if you need a great quality shawl

ABER: Diese Firma verdient wirklich die Höchstbewertung: rasche Lieferung der Farbmuster, unglaublich kurzfristiges Eintreffen der wunderschönen Stola, tolle Qualität!
Ich überlege gerade, ein zweites Teil in anderer Farbe zu bestellen ....

I ordered 4 samples in advance to test the colors in advance, which is really a good advice. The shawl was delivered very fast with no problems, although it is sent as letter and not as parcel, which may make a difference for the local post office. The material is very cosy, soft and with a decent shine, it may be a little thicker as expected. I love it.

The cosy Llama Alpaca Shawl is divine. Soft, cosy and classy. I chose the burgandy colour. The ordering and delivery process was well tracked and multiple updates given until delivery. I might order another one in a different colour.

Arrived on time and a perfect wedding present

Delivery was quick. Quality is gorgeous, soft an luxurious, perfect for my daughter's cold and windy wedding day!

I purchased a Cosy Llama pashmina for my daughter's wedding at the end of March 2026. The pasmina was warm and comforting on a chilly spring wedding day. I purchased the colour 'pearl' which was complimented on by many guests. My daughter has worn the pashmina several times since the wedding and absolutely loves the quality and feeling it brings to her when she wears it. I am delighted with the purchase.

Not a great experience. While the shawl itself is nice, the returns process is a nightmare. Don’t believe their claims of a “hassle free” experience. The business is based in Portugal and there are several import duties you have to pay to ship goods into the country, even returns. On top of that, Cosy Llama actually charges you for the apparently “free” shipping - I’m not just talking about the return shipping which is obviously also on top. I paid $216 AUD for my shawl and the ultimate cost to return it was $234, once all was said and done. It’s a rort and clearly false advertising so I’ve reported them to the ACCC.

The shawl arrived promptly and was of very good quality. It was much appreciated by the receipient.

There is no false advertising I got exactly what I saw in the photo’s!
