I have been pet sitting with MindMyHouse for 4 years, and the agency is great. I have used a few others. There is a good choice of sits, and the pets (and owners) have been lovely.

Si bien es cierto que siempre hay riesgos asociados a todo viaje, la plataforma está bien pensada y es eficiente A mi me ha funcionado todo perfectamente, los mensajes, los anuncios, las opiniones , las respuestas etc etc. He leido una opinión de alguien que se quejaba del sistema de referencias, alegando que si te daban una mala referencia, no la publicabas y en cambio solo aceptabas las buenas. Pero es muy facil deducir que si un cuidador ha hecho muchos petsittings y no tiene ninguna referencia, algo está fallando. Por otro lado hay algunas personas que pretenden usar la plataforma para promocionar su propio negocio de cuidado de mascotas y luego se quejan porque las expulsan de la plataforma . Literalmente decía que sólo los "indigentes" que no se podían pagar un hotel , se ofrecían para cuidar mascotas sin cobrar por sus servicios. Sin palabras.
Es cierto que parece haber una desproporción entre cuidadores y propietarios, y por algo para ellos es gratis
.I've only done one pet sitting, and everything went very well because I found the perfect homeowner. The platform is well-designed and efficient. Everything worked perfectly for me: the messages, the listings, the reviews, the responses, etc. I read a review from someone complaining about the reference system, claiming that if you received a bad review, it wasn't published, and only the good ones were accepted. But it's easy to see that if a pet sitter has done many pet sittings and doesn't have any reviews, something is wrong. On the other hand, there are some people who try to use the platform to promote their own pet sitting business and then complain when they get kicked off. The review literally said that only "homeless" people who couldn't afford a hotel offered to take care of pets for free. No comments.
It's true that there seems to be a disproportion between pet sitters and pet owners, and that's why it's free for them.

I’ve found great people to house sit for me on Mind My House. Always connected with them prior to them coming and had conversations to make sure we are both comfortable. It’s a great service and I know I will be using the service again!

I've been pet sitting for Mind My House for 4 years now and have completed about 20 sits all across the United States and Canada. The experience has been wonderful. Since I retired it has allowed me travel in the way I like to travel, which is to go somewhere and stay for a while rather than tour from site to site. I have done many repeat sits for lovely people, including four times at one place in Santa Monica and multiple sits in New York City. What a way to travel !

I have used MMH as a sitter for years and more recently as a host. I love it! The platform is easy to use, the support team are helpful. The review system is two-way, which is much fairer than other platforms. I love getting notifications which match my needs!

The site has clear, concise, easy to navigate, and useful prompts. Not over complicated, but covers all the bases. We have used it for 8 years now, and never let us down.

MindMyHouse has help us enjoy many sitting sessions with dogs and other furry friend in Europe (Spain, France, Italy) and even South Africa. It’s always a great surprise to find dogs who become friends instantly, as with their owners. We do this about twice a year. It keeps us away from the current tourist masses and go deeper in local communities.

I've been using Mindmyhouse since 2018 and have never been disappointed. I've even had return sitters.
My pets have always been happy and well settled and I get regular updates from the sitters.
I'm now retired in France but started using this site in Switzerland, where I previously lived.
As long as I have pets, I'll continue to use the site and even will if I ever become a house sitter.

We have used MindmyHouse 13 times over 8 years with outcomes that range from okay to outstanding. Even with the less than excellent sitters, this was in no way the site's fault!
If you use a dating app to arrange a date, and it doesn't go well. how can you hold the app accountable?
MindmyHouse organizes contacts attempting to satisfy two entities wants and needs and does so in a cheap and easy manner.

My husband and I have been using MMH successfully since 2022 and have never had a problem with the platform or customer support and the subscription cost is super low. The website is user friendly both for sitters and homeowners. We use both functions.
You just have to be comfortable with the way MindMyHouse works- kind of like a dating service. They help you find the sit/sitter and you go from there. Not a lot of hand holding. The only other potential downside side is that because of their size, they don’t have as many listings as say, Trusted House Sitters, but MMH is a bargain compared to them- and easier to use in my opinion. MMH also offers sitters agreement forms and other types of support that make it a good value.

I have found several great house sits through MindMyHouse. The platform is easy to use, and inexpensive for both sitters and homeowners -- about $29 USD for an entire year of use. The organization doesn't charge any additional fees; $29 a year is it! The website is hand-run by a couple in New Zealand, and they are always working to improve the site experience for everyone. I have contacted them directly a few times with comments and suggestions, and they always reply personally to me. This is a great service and I highly recommended it.

We have used MMH for many years with sitters from the Shetlands to Canada an many others.
Always easy to find sitters for our house and dogs. nice reliable people all of them who fitted in well

I've been using MindMyHouse since 2016, have organized 9 sitting jobs with this platform. It's worked out great every time. I like that I can get in touch with all the applicants that seem like a good fit, talk to them on WhatsApp and then decide who will come take care of our fur babies and house. All the sitters who have come have done a great job, we always found our house in good order once we got home. I don't know what they do at MindMyHouse, but they attract great sitting candidates! I recommend this service without any reservations.

We've been using MindMyHouse both as home owners and pet sitters for years. The customer service is always courteous, reactive and human, no AI in sight. We always had caring and friendly pet sitters from them, probably because of their careful vetting policy. It’s a very affordable and honest family business, and although we’ve used other house or pet sitting platforms in the past, MindMyHouse is certainly the best.

Been using mindmyhouse.com for several years and have found the whole process of finding a sitter very easy. I would highly recommend to anyone either as a home owner or sitter, to give it a try.

MindMyHouse changed my life!
I have always wanted to travel but I prefer slow travel. To get to know a city by wandering around, taking the time to experience the culture, taking pictures that later inspire me to draw and paint.
Coming ‘home’ and having the company of a pet, in my case a cat, is so much nicer than having to stay in a hotelroom.
I love to travel alone so this is the perfect way to be able to see the world.
I am so thankful that this exists and that Mind My House has facilitated all my fantastic petsit experiences.
I am very grateful and will continue to petsit using Mind My House. It’s fantastic ,as I always tell my friends.
I had someone to take care of my cat as well and it was perfect.
I also made friends and have taken care of their car several times now in London for example.

We hired sitters here in the USA through this New Zealand-based service. The sitters were horrible, yet all their reviews were glowing. Which puzzled us. We submitted our testimonial, calling out their horrible sit, and then discovered that this site is SO LAME that the house sitter must approve the testimonial before it's published! Can you believe this? Do you think that a house sitter who gets a bad review (testimonial) is ever going to approve it? No. Of course not! This is a DANGEROUS site for homeowners, and I would avoid it at all costs!

Nada que ver con otras plataformas mucho más frías, impersonales y con una obvia IA controlando las cosas.
Mindmyhouse lo tiene todo, es la más barata, con la que consigues rápidamente una experiencia de house-sitting y normalmente son muy positivas y enriquecedoras.

Behind this whole system of homeowners and pet sitters are two wonderful people who look after you, listen to you, and help with anything you need.
It's nothing like other platforms that are much colder, more impersonal, and obviously controlled by AI. Mindmyhouse has it all: it's the most affordable, you quickly get a house-sitting experience, and they're usually very positive and enriching.

Mind My House is one of the two platforms I’ve used since 2022 to find house/pet sitting assignments. I’ve found one assignment that turned into multiple repeat sits over the past 4 years which totaled a year spent caring for this family’s home and pets. And I made great lifelong friends in the process! I highly recommend signing up either as a sitter, home and pet owner, or both!

A center of interesting exchange listings from house owners and happy pet & house sitters all over the World! It is very clear and logic to search, observe, use and correspond with each-other. The founders keep on improving it and it even provides samples of contracts-of-exchange for its members. My favourite function is the world map view!
Plus it's friendly and human. I use it since more than 5 years and have succesfully travelled as a pet-sitter. My experience is fully positive.
