This website is a scam. I made a deposit to play, and then they asked me to complete KYC verification to verify my account. After I successfully completed the verification, they sent me an email stating that my account had been permanently banned and that my deposit had been confiscated.
I did nothing wrong to justify confiscating my money. This is completely unfair and feels like a fraudulent practice. I strongly advise others to stay away from this website.

I deposited $150 to start betting on sports and playing casino games, but when I tried to withdraw an amount roughly equal to that initial $150, I was required to complete a KYC process via Sumsub. For some reason, the verification was rejected; they banned my account and didn't even return my deposit. In short, I was robbed.

My experience with this site was extremely disappointing. They refused to pay out my bonus and simply claimed it was due to “abuse,” even though I was just playing slots normally and happened to make a profit. It really feels like as soon as you win, they start looking for reasons not to pay what they owe.
On top of that, I had to wait more than 8 days for my withdrawal. During that time, I kept receiving excuses and vague explanations instead of a clear update or a proper solution. The whole process felt unnecessarily delayed and very unprofessional.
In my opinion, this site is not trustworthy and I would strongly advise others to stay away. There are many other platforms available that are faster, fairer, and more reliable when it comes to withdrawals and bonus payouts.
Do yourself a favor and choose another site instead of wasting your time here.

Dont ever use this site. they assume my account related to other account and decide to close it without any proper explaination. i deposit 30$ and luckily made it to 250$ and they took it all away from me. Before withdrawl, they ask me to do KYC and my KYC is PASSED.

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal for over 2 days now and it’s still 'pending.' My account is fully verified, I didn't use any bonuses, and I’ve met all the requirements.
Support keeps giving me the same excuses about 'admin review' for a very small amount of money. It’s obvious they are just stalling and waiting for me to gamble it back. This is not how a serious crypto casino should operate. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money here, you won't see your winnings.

I must say, the withdrawals are fast. That's the good thing. But, being able to withdraw is something else.
The 'originals' games are the most rigged shit I have ever seen. 3 winning hands on BJ on 25 played ?
Also, the reward system is utter trash. U only get 'rakeback' on spins. Not even on BJ or their original games. So people like me who only play blackjack and dice got a 3$ rakeback for 24k$ wagered.
