The combinator features are a total joke on this app. The "point" of their Bet Builder is to advertise that they have the feature, but their backend software is too poorly coded to handle realistic combinations from the same game without locking up or failing. Completely dishonest practices.

Yet again, when I try to withdraw my winning, WH says it cannot do it at that time despite having only recently, and yet again, proved my account details. One option that appeared was 'Bank details' which I ignored having spent over 10 days being asked again to prove my account. However, I tried it again, spend more wasted time entering the exact same details and lo and behold, I was able to withdraw my funds. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST gambling site. It is symptomatic that the top management at WH, with whom I have I several interactions, do not care about their reputation! How on earth do they keep their jobs. I strongly recommend SkyBet - instant payouts every time for the last 6 years!

Been with WH for a long time. No more. Withdrawal of £20 didn't materialise, it just disappeared as if it was never there. Six days later not in my bank account and doesn't even show in my account as a withdrawal. What a disgrace. Can't get hold of anyone, customer service non existent and diabolical. SHOCKING to the point I have reported them. They let me deposit money then locked me out of my account, I then confirmed my identity FOUR times, I gave them more information than I had to do to get more mortgage including a video and photo of me writing my username?! honestly an absolutely shocking company. Avoid them ffs or you're an idiot.

Been a customer for many years but the live chat and messaging at call centres is absolutely appalling. Abrupt rude and no manners. That’s providing you can find the chat in the first place.
