This is an organic, unverified review, and we have asked Trustpilot to confirm that it relates to a genuine purchase from our store.

The product named in the review is a professional Wella Shinefinity Zero Lift Glaze colour tube, supplied as one 60 ml unit exactly as stated in the product title. It is not advertised as a complete colouring kit. As with professional salon colour systems, the compatible Shinefinity activator is a separate product and is not included unless expressly stated.

It is therefore incorrect to describe the product as incomplete or to claim that no return policy exists. An unopened and unused product may be returned in accordance with the applicable return conditions.

We have asked Trustpilot to request the complete order confirmation, proof of purchase and correspondence associated with reference 6436. Unless the reviewer provides documentation linking the review to an authentic transaction, we request its removal.

Na controle kunnen wij geen bestelling, annulering of terugbetalingsverzoek vinden dat overeenkomt met uw naam of het vermelde referentienummer. Wij hebben evenmin de vier e-mails ontvangen waarnaar u verwijst.

Wij verzoeken u daarom via Trustpilot een geldig aankoopbewijs, het volledige bestelnummer en het gebruikte e-mailadres te verstrekken. Zonder deze gegevens kunnen wij niet bevestigen dat u ooit een aankoop bij Qathu.com heeft gedaan.

auch nach der Ergänzung bestreiten wir die dargestellte Schilderung. Die bloße Angabe von Bestellnummern und Kontaktdaten bestätigt weder den behaupteten Ablauf noch die veröffentlichten Schlussfolgerungen.

Wir haben Trustpilot deshalb gebeten, die Bewertung anhand folgender Unterlagen vollständig zu überprüfen:

* Kauf- und Zahlungsbelege zu den Bestellungen 5888 und 6077;
* vollständiger, unbearbeiteter E-Mail-Verlauf;
* ursprüngliche Rückerstattungsbestätigung;
* PayPal-Transaktionsdaten mit Ausstellungs- und Gutschriftsdatum.

Mehrere Formulierungen wirken standardisiert beziehungsweise KI-generiert. Dies allein beweist jedoch keine Unechtheit; entscheidend sind die zugrunde liegenden Belege. Die Behauptungen über eine gezielte Irreführung von Kunden, eine verweigerte Rückzahlung und den Versuch, eine wahrheitsgemäße Bewertung zu unterdrücken, werden von uns ausdrücklich zurückgewiesen.

Wir beantragen die Entfernung der Bewertung, sofern die behaupteten Vorgänge nicht durch vollständige und überprüfbare Unterlagen belegt werden.

Hello,

As the reviewer expressly confirms, no order was ever placed with Qathu. There is therefore no purchase, payment, delivery or customer-service interaction connected to this review.

Most of the comments concern other people’s alleged experiences and personal interpretations of responses published online, rather than a genuine transaction involving the reviewer.

Su valoración resulta difícil de verificar porque no contiene ningún dato objetivo que permita identificar el supuesto pedido al que hace referencia.

¿Podría indicar el número de pedido? ¿Qué productos eran exactamente? ¿Cuándo realizó la compra? ¿Cuándo recibió la comunicación sobre la falta de stock? ¿Y cuándo se emitió el reembolso?

Afirma que vendemos productos que “en realidad no están disponibles”. ¿Es consciente de que en el comercio electrónico internacional los niveles de stock pueden cambiar entre el momento de la publicación y el momento de la preparación del pedido? ¿Considera realmente que una cancelación con reembolso completo equivale a una mala fe por parte del vendedor?

También critica los plazos de entrega superiores a 20 días. ¿Podría aclarar por qué realizó la compra si dichos plazos eran visibles antes del pago y fueron aceptados expresamente durante el proceso de compra?

Por último, indica que está esperando un reembolso. ¿Ha verificado si el reembolso ya fue emitido y se encuentra simplemente en proceso bancario? En muchos casos, el tiempo de acreditación depende exclusivamente de la entidad financiera y no del vendedor.

Las opiniones son útiles cuando describen hechos verificables. Sin un número de pedido ni información concreta, esta valoración consiste únicamente en afirmaciones generales que los lectores no tienen forma de comprobar.

Thank you for updating your review.

Your update raises a number of questions.

First, your original review was published without any order number, customer email, or identifiable transaction details. Only after our public response did you add order #4471.

Second, the GLS tracking information you published does not prove that the parcel was "never shipped", nor does it prove any misconduct by Qathu. It simply shows that GLS did not receive a physical scan within its network. These are two very different statements.

Third, despite repeatedly claiming that we are "lying", you have provided no evidence whatsoever that Qathu intentionally misrepresented the status of your order.

Most importantly, if your objective was genuinely to resolve the issue, why publish multiple public accusations rather than allowing the investigation process to conclude?

We have never objected to investigating the shipment. What we object to is the repeated publication of serious allegations presented as established facts when they remain disputed and unproven.

A shipment problem, carrier issue, lost parcel, or logistics anomaly does not automatically become evidence of dishonesty.

As of today, your review continues to contain assertions that go far beyond the facts currently available.

Qathu remains available through the normal customer service channels to resolve verified order issues. Public accusations, however, do not replace evidence.

This review appears premature. According to tracking LX059358291NL, the shipment is still within the confirmed delivery timeframe valid until May 27 and remains actively in transit.

At the moment the carrier has not classified the parcel as lost or undeliverable.

According to tracking number **LX059765729NL**, the parcel was successfully delivered to the destination address in Dana Point, California on **20 May 2026**, after customs clearance, domestic processing and final-mile delivery.

Your review states:

> "Nothing has been delivered."

However, the carrier's documented delivery history shows:

• Customs clearance completed
• Arrival in the United States
• Local depot processing
• Out for delivery
• Successfully delivered on 20 May 2026

The shipment history is fully traceable and documented from Europe through to final delivery.

The issue therefore becomes straightforward:

If you believe the parcel was misdelivered, stolen after delivery, accepted by another household member, concierge, neighbour or safe place, that is a completely different allegation from stating publicly that nothing was delivered.

Those are not equivalent situations.

Public reviews should reflect the documented facts. At present, the carrier records show successful delivery, not a failed shipment.

The shipment linked to order #4523 does not result as “lost”.

Tracking 3SKDWD001489543 shows:
“RETURN DELIVERED BY CARRIER - RETURN DELIVERED” on 09 May 2026.

This means the carrier registered the parcel as returned/delivered within the logistics network, which is objectively incompatible with the public statement claiming that the order simply “didn’t arrive”.

Why was this operational tracking information omitted from the review?
